I'm thinking the same. I'll keep my order & wait however long for it to come, but I don't plan to order for them again. They're making me wish I got the Switcheasy Nude instead.

How would anyone know that if they've not yet received the case?
I'm quite sure lots of folks have received their 3GS CASES.
Ya, I am pretty sure this is fraud. I have not recieved e-mail or package and they have already charged my card. I am ready to get a hold of my card company and file charges against this company. No communication, no product and this is rediculous.
I don't think it's fraud, just a piss poor company. Have filled a paypal dispute, and will refuse delivery if it ever turns up, and orderd a Nude switcheasy.
Funny thing is that they're a BBB accredited business with an A- rating. I wonder how that's possible with service like this...
It's possibly simply the same case from the same Chinese manufacturer being sold under 2 different labels. This happens all the time with many different products.
I just got a $4 Chinese black bumper (took like 2 weeks) and it looks identical to my sister's $40 Apple version.
Unfortunately I still don't have my iPhone.

I emailed them last night. We'll see if they actually respond.

Most delivery companys work on a Sunday...for mondays deliverys and update there tracking.
I ordered since July 8th and my tracking number was created and sent to me on Saturday July 17th. I'm located on DC and I know that USPS usually takes 3 business days at most to deliver from NJ.
On top of that I wrote them on Wednesday (if I remember correctly) asking for a updated shipping date and never received a response... All of this even though the item appears as In Stock since I ordered!
I already opened a dispute with Paypal and just want my money back, this lying company doesn't deserve my hard earned money even if they're legit.
Well they have responded to my emails but I still don't believe a word they say. If the items have actually shipped, how come our tracking information hasn't changed at all? I'm not sure if this company just doesn't know what they're doing or if they're actually trying to scam people but this is getting ridiculous. My tracking info has stayed at electronic shipping info received ever since I got my tracking # and that does not happen if the item has actually been shipped. The only thing I can think of is that they used some weird 3rd party shipping company in conjunction with the USPS and maybe that's why our tracking information is so screwed up. Still doesn't explain why some people are still waiting and have been doing so for weeks.

According to my last email from them it doesn't ship from NJ. It's only a business office here. No idea where is does ship from though.
I believe the "shipping" emails were just sent out last Friday and Saturday (16th-17th), 1 WEEK ago. I don't think anyone was told it was actually shipped before then. They may have ordered it WEEKS ago but shipping was all last WEEK. That fact has been posted on their website for WEEKS. Let's not blow it totally out of proportion just yet.
I'm giving them until this Wednesday then cancelling/refusing.

If you use "Track & Confirm by Email" option on USPS tracking page and choose "Email all activity to-date" you'll receive an email where it says from where it's shipping and surprise! mine says SOUTH HACKENSACK NJ 07606 so they're lying one more time.... Definitely this is a very shady company...
Just to play devil's advocate here it is possible that their shipping department is somewhere else and using the USPS shipping account from their NJ office. That does happen very often.

Actually the 12th is the earliest, and quite a few from the 16th (day of shipping)
