Ya, I am pretty sure this is fraud. I have not recieved e-mail or package and they have already charged my card. I am ready to get a hold of my card company and file charges against this company. No communication, no product and this is rediculous.
It's possibly simply the same case from the same Chinese manufacturer being sold under 2 different labels. This happens all the time with many different products.
I just got a $4 Chinese black bumper (took like 2 weeks) and it looks identical to my sister's $40 Apple version.

I ordered since July 8th and my tracking number was created and sent to me on Saturday July 17th. I'm located on DC and I know that USPS usually takes 3 business days at most to deliver from NJ.
On top of that I wrote them on Wednesday (if I remember correctly) asking for a updated shipping date and never received a response... All of this even though the item appears as In Stock since I ordered!
I already opened a dispute with Paypal and just want my money back, this lying company doesn't deserve my hard earned money even if they're legit.
I believe the "shipping" emails were just sent out last Friday and Saturday (16th-17th), 1 WEEK ago. I don't think anyone was told it was actually shipped before then. They may have ordered it WEEKS ago but shipping was all last WEEK. That fact has been posted on their website for WEEKS. According to my last email from them it doesn't ship from NJ. It's only a business office here. No idea where is does ship from though.
Just to play devil's advocate here it is possible that their shipping department is somewhere else and using the USPS shipping account from their NJ office. That does happen very often.If you use "Track & Confirm by Email" option on USPS tracking page and choose "Email all activity to-date" you'll receive an email where it says from where it's shipping and surprise! mine says SOUTH HACKENSACK NJ 07606 so they're lying one more time.... Definitely this is a very shady company...
