you have all just been scammed by ivyskin from china.. the cases are not ready to be shipped.. in fact they're not even at the port yet.. they're still in the containers on the transport ship..

how do i know? i work for a company that source polycarbonate products from the same supplier in china.. our next batch of shipment is on the same boat.. eta? 7/30 - 8/2 at port of long beach..

add time to transport to ivyskin and then ship out to customers.. you do the math..

printing labels and scanning with actual product still in a container somewhere in the pacific ocean is pretty shady.. but kinda funny too haha

well, not much you can do but wait it out.

If it's not here by July 30th, I'll ask for a refund on my shipping costs.

I also made this charge on my AMEX so I'll file a dispute if it never shows up.

I'm in no rush to get it so i'll wait it out.

Also ordered the Incase snap clear from the Apple program which will probably arrive before my Ivyskin lol.

If I lived close I would have went down by now, I know the cases are pretty cheap and it isn't much to have lost....but it's the lies and deceiving that has really made my blood boil about this company :mad::mad:

That appears to just be a standard Shopping Center/Strip Mall with lots of retail places and a grocery store. The N Hackensak NJ address is to a warehouse and they do have a sign out front on Google Streetview.

What will that accomplish? Whether you email them, call them or go to their office the response will be identical. They will say it was shipped.

15 days!! They can kiss my arse if they think I'm waiting that long, I will give them the 8 days it stated in the dispatch email then demand a refund, already started the ball rolling with paypal.

The bloody Iphone took quicker to get here and that was from China

I ordered the Reception case on the 9th July and have finally received the (false) shipment date confirmation. This I believe is their way of scanning bar codes to update the USPS systems, thus making us believe it's out for shipment (tracking code) Myself and among loads more people are EXTREMELY unhappy at the service this company Ivyskin is promoting, we really do believe that after them knowing that Apple were going to hand out free cases they actually scanned all our orders so we couldn't change our minds! This company really really needs investigating, how dare they scan and pretend that USPS have picked up our items for shipment. The proof that we have is that USPS don't take more than 3 days for their website tracking to amend itself, in this case it hasn't updated, leading us to believe all of above! I wish for a full refund as we all know this company has definitely not sent the cases out to customers, we have been waiting far too long!! As per the thread links to forums in the UK and USA there is a heap of people waiting for the shipments to change ....which they aren't ! We know this company still have the cases, all we want is our money refunded or the cases to actually be sent!
 
I just called their support number....NO ANSWER. Ridiculous. Never buying from this piece of s**t company again.

I have yet to get anyone to answer their support selection in the phone tree. Try pushing the selection to BUY a product and that should take you to a live person.
 
I tried about 20 times to get through the sales line this morning around 10:30 eastern and no go. IT would ring and ring, unlike the Support line, but it went back to the general announcement after several rings each time with no answer.

Also, the mail just came and I checked. All of you will be shocked, I am sure, to learn that I had no case in the mailbox. ;)
 
I ordered mine on July 7th and canceled it on July 14th after they sent me an email telling it would be delayed. Then they sent me an email telling my credit card would be refunded within 10 days. That's when I got upset. They should NEVER have charged my credit card. When I complained about this, they wrote this:

All transactions must be complete with confirmed payments in order to be
shipped, and if you're requesting cancellation while order is in process
refund will be issue within 10 business days.

I'm not in a rush to get it, either. I'm pissed that they are playing us for fools, but I'm not mad enough to mess with a CC dispute or cancel my order. I'll just wait for a while, get my package (if I even do), & not deal with Ivyskin ever again. If it's not here with a few weeks, then that's a different story.

BTW, BBB is totally POWERLESS to do anything. All they do is send a copy of the complaint to the vendor and "request" a response. However if they don't reply to the complaints the BBB can lower their BBB rating. Again, totally meaningless.
 
We should all flood them with a request ot cancel our order and issue a prompt refund. If they get about 100 cancellation in one day that should generate a response.
 
While I agree that this company may not have the best customer service, they are not unlike other companies selling these types of products, esp if they are located overseas. I just wait and if I don't receive anything in a couple of weeks, then pursue some sort of remedy.

It seems that some people are being a little too aggressive with an iPhone case. Please don't flame, this is just my observation in reading this thread.

I agree. Just be honest and tell us up front that there is a delay.

Well I ordered one from a nice efficient German company now, was shipped today and bet it arrives before this Ivyskin one. Which will be going back


Put my paypal dispute in yesterday they are yet to respond to it
