I was wrong about the A7 (anyone feel free to say I told you so

). I'm actually glad I was wrong, but I can't believe Apple was generous enough to include the A8 (economies of scale along with the Apple TV 4, anyone?). I was, however, mostly right about the capacities and pricing (even though I'll admit that was only a pure guess, as I had mentioned).
I was also wrong about the rear-camera. It seems to be like the one from the iPad Air 2. They could have done away with the protruding ring, however (since both devices share the same thickness). I was also partially wrong about the FaceTime camera. It's actually the one from the iPhone 6, not the iPhone 5s, since it has an f/2.2 aperture.
A big surprise was the Bluetooth 4.1. Did anyone notice that?
I don't know, however, where they got the 10x increase in graphics performance. The A6 was 2x over the A5, the A7 was 2x over the A6, and the A8 was 1.5x over the A7, so it should be 6x. The CPU performance should also be 5x, not 6x (2x, 2x, 1.25x).
Finally, battery life seems to be the same (40 hours of audio, 8 hours of video). I wonder where the A8's efficiency over the A7 went?
