Just got my Apple Leather Case

I agree - both their stainproof/waterproof spray and their leather conditioner/cleaner are the best for leather or any other leather type material. The spray defnitely helps leather from getting stains. The conditioner just gives a great feel to the leather. i use it on all my leathers.

I don't know about the red one but my black leather case looks no different now than it did at the beginning of the month. Not that I really care. It's only a case.
 
I have the red leather case. Been carrying it about three weeks now. So far still looks good!

I too had this concern when I ordered mine, but it's just a case. Leather tends to age after prolonged use, specially the red. Personally I don't mind as I think it adds a bit of character to it. Overall I'm pretty happy with it.
 
I got a red and black leather cases. Had applied the conditioner and stain resistant thaw wry i got from TLC. Still waiting for my iphone 6+ with ship date 11/14

i know it ages, i just didnt want the red to wear off or turn extremely dirty

i know its a case and i dont care, i pretty much got a brand new one for free but i dont want it to look like crap after a month of use.

I've used mine for a month now, the dark blue iPhone 6 Plus version. It has not discolored, it has not worn through to turn black. A couple marks on the back just from setting it on surfaces when i'm not using it but as expected for soft leather. No complaints here.
 
I noticed my iPhone 6 Plus doesn't lay flat in the black leather case. The top left corner can be pushed down very slightly while it is in the case. I've tried this with 2 cases and on multiple surfaces. Same result each time.

I took my phone out of the case and layed it face down and the phone was level. Very strange. Still like the case though.

When you have a leather case, it's just like any other leather accessory- you match it to your shoes and your belt. If you're wearing black dress shoes and sharp business casual wear you need a complimentary iPhone case. Same if you wear brown cowboy boots and jeans. It all depends on your lifestyle.

With that garish suit, I'd guess a filthy silicon case is used... Black on black... Stock options aren't the only thing that gets cut?
 
I've got the pink leather case on my gold IPhone 6. I also got some sparkly pink stickers for the apple logo. Looks awesome!

Can some one please post the pics of their Space Grey iphones with Apple Brown leather case. Confused between Brown and Midnight Blue.
 
When the phone lays flat on a surface, with the bottom facing toward the user, which is how I assume most people have the phone when it's not in their hand/pocket/bag, you can easily see the bottom of the phone.

And "black and white aren't really colors" is a meaningless assertion, since they are both things we can see with our eyes and we have opinions as to how they interact with things that are colors. In my opinion, a black-faced phone doesn't look very good with a brown case, but looks pretty good with a dark blue case. So yeah, that matters.

They are not colors. Black is the absence of light or color. White is the combination of all the colors of the spectrum. It is not a meaningless assertion please do not respond as you are now on ignore.
 
I'll respond anyway because other people can see it. White and black are things we can see, and we have aesthetic preferences concerning those things and how they interact with colors. So your assertion is functionally meaningless for this conversation. But feel free to be a condescending pedant, I'm sure you sleep smugly at night.

I've had both and IMO, the brown is more of a coffee brown, that doesn't seem to complement the Space Grey with a nice leather look. The blue is too dark in certain lighting conditions.

I've returned the Blue for the Brown. Now I'm returning it for the Black. The Shimuri cases look pretty nice and I'll be keeping the Black as backup.

Look at the early pages (3-5) of the thread titled something like "Start posting pictures of cases with 6s in them already!" Brown and Midnight Blue with space grey phones are in that thread (it's how I found out how they looked).
