Look at the early pages (3-5) of the thread titled something like "Start posting pictures of cases with 6s in them already!" Brown and Midnight Blue with space grey phones are in that thread (it's how I found out how they looked).

EDIT: Brown is on page 5, Blue is on page 10, thread available via like below:

Thanks. Those were the only pics i could find. I love how red looks on Iphone 6+ SG. But i couldnt find any olive brown that has aged.

Would love to see some aged pics of Olive Brown on Iphone 6+. How is brown holding up for those who got them.?

I saw this aged one on reddit. They dropped it, but you can see how it's aged. I like it a lot. I hope my ends up aging in a similar manner.

Does the Apple Leather Case work with Zagg InvisibleShield Tempered Glass screen protector?

It does, but I'd look elsewhere for your tempered glass protector. My ZAGG Glass, which I thought was perfect, has cracked twice so far and their response was basically "Tuff, want a warranty replacement?". I'm nearing the end of my return date so I might do that.

Anyway, back on topic. I originally ordered the black Leather case for my 6 Plus Silver and didn't care much for it. It looks good on the 5 but I guess I just wanted a change. I ordered the Midnight Blue and I never thought I could fall in love with a case. Its protective enough for me because I almost never drop my iPhones but is thin enough so the Plus is still comfortable to use one handed (I had one case I got because I was afraid of dropping the phone before I got it on launch day and it added too much horizontal width to be comfortable for one handed use).

It seems the leather is a bit softer then the 5ses case because banging on a piece of wood with an edge left a dig in it and the side panel from my Mac Pro left some rub marks on the sides but nothing too big. I actually really like the look its getting. I also notice the edges might be a little darker.

In most lighting the case looks black, but when really looking at it you notice its a dark, dark blue. In certain lightning however (mainly natural lighting) the blue comes out more and it looks awesome with the white/silver phone.

I can post some pictures tomorrow if anyone would like to see. The case is almost a month old at this point in time.

Said early on that I wouldn't get one as they look horrible over time. Ended up at an apple store over the weekend. Not sure if it's common practice now but they had a stand with all of the leather and silicone cases out for you to try.

Based on how the demo one abused by customers looked. I decided to get the blue one.

I'm still not a big fan of cases and may go back to skin only. Hey, I'm allowed to change my mind though. I like this shade of blue.

My less than a week Midnight Blue is bubbling a little on the back. Will Apple swap it out?
I bought it from BestBuy.com but they never have it in stock in store.

Or swap it at the Apple store, it has 1 year warranty on it.

Watch out for any wetness when you lay the case down. I put my phone on top of the spot where there was condensation from my drink. It completely ruined the case since it bubbled up really bad. Best Buy swapped mine out and I would imagine Apple would do the same.

Here is my Olive Brown for my iPhone 6 Plus (Picture on the right).. IMHO, it has aged beautifully over the past month that I have owned it. Yes, it is a little darker on the edges compared to the middle but the middle portion with the Apple Logo is catching up nicely.. I also have yet to treat it with any leather cleaner/protector but I plan on soon, probably after the holidays.

Wow!!! Amazing. It has aged incredibly well for only having it a month!

Yikes. That looks horrible to me. To each their own though.

That's fair but you should also never buy anything leather if you don't like the look. It's patina and will happen to any leather product that is actually used.

If you expect these leather cases to look the same as the day you bought them, well you bought the wrong product.

It looks cheap but I can assure you once you put the case on, it had a very nice feel to it. I got the soft pink one and want to go back for either the red or black one!

I own(ed) a fair amount of leather. From wallets, iphone cases, jackets, belts, shoes, gloves, couches, car interior, holsters, etc.

sure leather changes but the quality determines the event and time.

I agree, that seems very quick to fade so much. This is what's held me back on getting the red leather case. I've got the black one.

Well, if you're going for crusty and smelly mission accomplished. Lol

The olive brown has held up well. I originally balked at the price, but I'm happy with my decision. It looks great and makes using the phone much more enjoyable.

Apple leather cases age like donatella versace, real leather goods age like monica bellucci. Do not get me wrong, I love apple cases but (IMO) the more they look like brand new, the better.
Furthermore, I can describe the way those cases "aged" in just two words: sweaty palms.

EDIT: just checked a reddit link on another thread and found the picture you posted above. Again, I think you are confusing ruined cases with good looking ones.

Again, you hold your phone every day multiple times a day. Not a single one of the leather items you mentioned would you be touching as often. The case is going to get a patina significantly faster than anything else you own made of leather. You mentioned other leather cases but even thicker leather cases like Vaja get the worn Patina look.

The point is that it's leather. If you don't like the look go buy another product ( or get a black leather case which tends to not show age as quickly)

If you don't think a leather phone case is going to get a dark patina over time then reset your expectations.

Regarding the reddit picture posted, I even mentioned it was damaged. A poster asked for a picture of how the brown case has aged and I used it as an example. I certainly did not say the damage was beautiful.

While I believe the cases straight out of the box look great, I also just happen to have an appreciation for an aged case.

First of all, calm down.
I am not saying the case does not change with time. I am saying that it does not get better. Remember that the quality of this leather is not high.

Take a look here: http://blog.dalucastraps.com/the-art-of-aging-leather-and-developing-a-leather-patina/
The techniques used to age this leather were washing dishes while wearing this strap, wearing the watch in the shower, splashing rain water on it and touching it, which allowed the natural oils from his skin to transfer onto the leathers skin.
And then I see pictures of a case that "ages beautifully" thanks to sweaty palms. Come on.

Calm down? Did I really say anything upsetting to you? I voiced my opinion just like you did. You are the one that came off with excessive sarcasm based on MY opinion.

I never said that the leather quality on these cases were top notch... You posted a link to watch straps that are significantly more expensive than the Apple case. The leather on those straps is also significantly thicker and will take longer to develop a patina.

You really think this strap that you posted is that much different than some of the cases posted above? http://blog.dalucastraps.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/09/DaLuca-Straps-Aged-Leather-Patina-4.jpg

I own a lot of high quality leather products...some are decades old. Good leather ages, but it doesn't look dirty and nasty. That case looks nasty (no offense meant towards you). it is cheap leather, and that's why it looks like that. High quality leather wouldn't do that.

It cracks me up that people will look at that and say wow, it is "aging" so nicely. That's bunk.

This would be a fair point if Apple didn't advertise their cases as "premium" leather. My whole problem with Apple and the leather cases is that that try to sell them based on a quality for which they do not possess.
