Also, is new mail showing up on the lockscreen for anyone?
Mine was defaulted to off. Go into Notifications and enable it for mail.

Thanks for the info! I thought the twitter function would be more part of the OS not a 3rd part app? Although I see theres an option in photos now.

Did your baseband change? If it did, to what?
This might have been confirmed earlier in the thread, but are normal SMS sent from iMessenger, the same app that handles the new iOS-specific message protocol? (I'm assuming this is the case, but in the midst of all their brilliance, Apple sometimes do the strangest of things...)
There is no new app. iMessages are sent from the existing SMS Messages app.
Guys, who else is having Safari in Black on the iPad?

I can't understand it cause every screenshot that I've seen shows standard color scheme...
sblakers, I don't see an option to do that, sorry.
You can set the "sent mail" sound to none, but nothing about sent texts, just received ones.
ipod is still the same, just a changed icon and renamed to music.
ive experienced no crashes or anything so far, only thing that doesnt work that ive encountered is theres no wallpapers in the wallpapers folder, it just shows up white.
For the Reminders app, can you create a new reminder with repeats? Like daily, weekly, monthly, etc.
Can you turn imessages OFF for certain contacts? In other words, if both people are on an iOS5 device, can you make it so that you can ONLY text message to that contact?
I ask due to some privacy concerns.![]()
No, I don't see an option. But you can switch to date-mode and create them in advance
I've installed ios5 on my 32Gb iphone4. It's working ok'ish. one thing that's causing me problems is that all my capacity has been taken up, even though I've not loaded 32Gb of data onto the device. Looking at it in iTunes, it says a whopping 12.2Gb is taken by 'Other'.
Any ideas what's going on there?
cheers
Matt
Anyone else experiencing this? Make sure to make a bug report of it.
im sitting at 1.25gb other, nothing out of the ordinary.
