Hmm I don't know what to suggest. Maybe try and download the Ipsw from another source, delete the old one and try again!
 
The question I have is this:

If I download a game, play it, save it. It backs up to cloud, and then I delete the game. Will the backed up data remain on the cloud in case I redownload the game to play more later?

The old way, deleting the game deleted the data, I am hoping for cloud game saving so I do not have to always have certain games installed?

Does MobileMe/iCloud sync of calendars and contacts work between iOS 5 and a Mac running Snow Leopard (and not Lion)?

What do I need to get an @me email address? I don't have ios 5, only iTunes 10.3.
 
Anyone with iOS5 currently installed, when I go to Settings, iCloud, it shows my old Apple ID username, and I can't figure out how to change it. Tried deleting it, but it just comes back. Also when I go to setup iCloud and turn on Mail or Notes, it asks me to make an @me.com account then says "apple id couldn't be created because of a server error". Help?

it's not a commonly updated app, but it had its share of improvements ;)

Enhancements to Maps introduced in iOS 2.2:

iCloud

I installed the dev iOS 5 beta and everything is working fine. Everything except the fact I can't access iCloud services in the internet. How can I do that?
 
I'm having the issue that whenever I select mail under iCloud, and it prompts me to select my @me.com email address, it says that there is a server issue and it cannot create my email address at the moment. Anyone else having this issue?

To anyone with iCloud and iOS5 (sorry if already answered, trying to catch up).

When you sync a game/app, are all data in? (ie: savegames)
If you delete a game, and after a while you reinstall it, does it sync saved games or do you start anew?

(I'm trying to understand if I finally can delete apps/games to make room for other things...then reinstall those and start where I left, which aside from rare apps/game with cloud/dropbox sync, it's impossibile right now on iOS4).

few things ive noticed, not read all the threads as it was 0200 GMT when i got to be last night.

- Camera app, seams to be missing everything other than take a photo etc (flash option, options)
- the download from iCloud for itunes, seams not to be with me in the UK yet.
- reminder app, crashed when clicking in from the notification center

Still hunting for more

Hey guys I enrolled in the dev program and downloaded ios 5 and itunes 10.5
I installed itunes 10.5 beta and hooked up my iphone 4 and tried the "alt click" thing to select the ios 5 from my desktop but it is will not select it. What do I have to do to install it?
 
Wondering how do these dev add on spots work? Do you get added and then are able to get iOS 5 beta and the other iOS 5 betas that would be released?

Can a dev add you but later remove you and would it screw up the iPhone if you try to update another beta?
 
Not sure on how to install ios 5 I have a paid dev account. dont know about the udid thing but I would help out someone with the udid thing if they could walk me through it.
 
Allright installed this baby on my iPhone 3GS.
It works very well right now. With 4.3.3. i had some stuttering when unlocking the screen or open programs. With iOS 5 i didn't noticed it.
Also notification center works also very well. I didn't tested it fully yet, but so far so good.

The camera app is very fast, also the shutter.
