Seems more are available, I cannot clarify carrier or storage for those but I know there is no unlocked variant available.

Same here! I'm in Atlanta. Reserved 128 7+ MB. I did have a hiccup with the reservation site. It won't let you put in more than 1 reservation per day, even if you cancel the old one. So I set up a new Apple ID on the fly.

Oh interesting... too bad they wouldn't just let you buy it then, they really must be trying to stick with reservations for purchasing iPhones.

This will be my first iPhone, so sorry if this is a dumb question. I just checked the apple store reservation page and was able to reserve a matte black 7+ for pickup today. I already ordered one through apple with ATT next but it's not supposed to arrive until mid October. Will I be able to switch the reservation I made today to use ATT Next or am I forced to use the Apple Upgrade program?

Reserved mine today...after chatting with Apple I confirmed that you don't "have" to be part of the iUP to purchase the phone at retail.

None at Brandon's mall...I am not sure about International. Orlando has them, though...

The only thing that would worry me if I were one of you is how accurate are these online reservations? I mean there were ppl being turned away and they had their phone reserved and everything. Only to find out when they went to the store, that the phone they wanted was not in stock. I guess if you are a few minutes away. It is no big deal. But I would be pissed if I lived a few hours away and still got turned away after I made my reservation.
