Hey if Apple buying Tidal gets all of Prince's music on iTunes (none of his non Warner Brothers stuff is there) and possibly on Music then do it. It's a drop in the bucket $ wise.

What I find interesting with this tactic, is that Tidal attempts to acquire exclusive talent on the basis of offering higher payouts to the artists.
"Hey man, I'm a genius, alright?! I'm the most talented musician in the world! If I was a homosexual, or a fish, I would know!"
I'm sure your $100 of shares will be just fine.As an Apple shareholder, I just have to say that Kanye can go **** himself.
Kanye has talent. Bad rapper. Excellent producer. Kinda like Dr. Dre but Dre is superior. Nice sampling. Paul McCartney worked with him, so he must have some talent. He is also a very good artist in drawing. Kanye actually listens to alot of different genres.I'm sure your $100 of shares will be just fine.
Kanye is an example of why the world is in the state it is in. Waste of space!-a talentless thug who got lucky.
But wait, why Cook? There's Dr Dre for that, let him deal with Kanye.
Well, yeah. Who would have thought that a Kanye West article would lead to a bunch of stupid knee jerk reactions? I couldn't see that coming.wow so much unfounded hatred and bitterness. you guys are really wonderful people
Try Deezer Elite or Qobuz... Qobuz launched lossless streaming looong before Tidal. To be honest, I'd love to use Apple Music instead of Tidal. Although as far as I know Tidal is the only streaming service to offer lossless audio streaming. If Apple offered uncompressed audio streaming, I'd switch.
