Nope — this is it!Hopefully it looks better than that.
Yes which of course will be vastly superior just like all Apple’s products areSo Apple basically will be releasing their version of the Echo Show
That and it's utterly useless as a 'display'. It's just a color shiner thingy. It's stupid and only adds unnecessary cost. Finally, the display on top makes no sense, you can't see it unless you're close to it. The curse of Jony Ive.
Siri controls the house perfectly. What's you problem? Maybe user error for you.Until Siri gets fixed, these home products are irrelevant.
Siri and Apple Music. I still get glitches in the first 15 or 30 seconds of tracks sometimes with Lossless and/or Spatial Audio enabled.
This is the only thing that needs to be discussed here. Apple can make its home products in any shape, size, configuration. None of it matters until Siri get's a completely overhaul. Siri is fine when it works, but it frequently doesn't. And, it is artificially limited by Apple at the things it can do, which Alexa can do just fine.Until Siri gets fixed, these home products are irrelevant.
Siri is a global embarrassment, to call that user error is practically insulting.Siri controls the house perfectly. What's you problem? Maybe user error for you.
Homepod Ultra... 😂Yeah, for only $1500…
I actually had the problems on my iPhone and Apple TV (which is hooked up to a Sony soundbar)Look to see if Atmos is re-enabled on your HomePods. I had both Lossless and Atmos on at the same time, even though I was pretty reasonably sure I had previously disabled Atmos.
Once I turned off Atmos (again), the glitching was almost eliminated. Now instead of almost every track, there's a glitch perhaps once a day (dozens of songs).
I find the Atmos remixes/treatment offered on HomePod to be almost universally garbage in any case, so you're not missing anything.
If the soundbar is connected to the largest screen in your home - likely in the lounge - you could FaceTime family & friends from the comfort of your sofa/couch.Why would someone want to make facetime calls on a soundbar? Sounds very awkward.

This would be aided by a high quality camera system tuned to encompass everyone from a distance, or follow whoever’s speaking if they’re moving around the room (all without having to awkwardly prop up an iPad/iPhone, or manually angle a device so its camera is pointing at various people).
Where would the camera be? The angle would be all wrong surely?
