I do have an Apple Watch, and 4.5 on my iPhone, but I’m not able to download the profile for my Apple Watch 6, it’s at 7.3 - very frustrating.IF you have an Apple Watch.
Keep using your Xs Max. You’ll regret it if you upgrade now.120hz display and better battery is very important.
My iPhone Xs Max contract just ended and I ordered a 12 Pro Max due to be shipped in 2 weeks,I wonder if I should cancel that ,keep using the Xs Max and wait for the 13?
it will feel horrible in 5-6 months when 120hz iPhones are out if I had to par gor and use another 60hz phone for another 2 years.
Because it makes the phone feel extremely smooth, once you experience it,you can’t go back. Why does one need 120Hz display on their iPhone?
Actually, he mentioned it but it’s not reported here. He said that he hasn’t any visibility of this.Just because he didn’t mention it? He was the first one to report Touch ID under the display
Is it too much to ask for TouchID to return?
iPhone 13 models will all feature a smaller notch, while the two Pro models will be equipped with low-power LTPO display technology for a 120Hz refresh rate, analyst Ming-Chi Kuo said today in a research note obtained by MacRumors.

That's like a no because they design their phones three, four, or more years in advance. When the iPhone 13 was first "conceived" there was no pandemic and except in some parts of Asia like Taiwan, wearing a mask wasn't routine.Actually, he mentioned it but it’s not reported here. He said that he hasn’t any visibility of this.
If it makes you feel better, the iPhone 13 Pro model will be technically discontinued when the iPhone 14 launches in 2022.120Hz on Pro models only...sheesh.
odd really as he has flip flopped as only last year he said it was coming...thats why this early reports shouldn't be taking that seriously.Actually, he mentioned it but it’s not reported here. He said that he hasn’t any visibility of this.
14.5million units in 2020. Not far off the Pro Max, maybe they should discontinue that too...How many have actually been sold?
Even the Apple Watch which I own is limited.Apple's Solution is to buy an Apple Watch!
It's not a solution for Apple Pay.Not a permanent problem, and iOS 14.5 has a great solution for it.
If you have an Apple Watch then aren't you using that for Apple Pay anyway instead of your iPhone? I guess if you are using it on a website or the App Store it wouldn't work, but at least for me whenever I purchase something that way I'm at home and don't have a mask on anyway!Even the Apple Watch which I own is limited.

If you have an Apple Watch why would you use anything else but Apple Pay on the watch?Even the Apple Watch which I own is limited.

This, until iPhone goes 120hz I'm using a Samsung device atm. The base models use 120hz but only 1080p (FHD) screens. The S21 Ultra (I have this) has a QHD screen that can do 120hz.
If anything my main concern for the upcoming iPhone is who is fabricating the 120hz screens. I believe other companies like OnePlus used the crummy lower-end Samsung Panels and ended up with weird green tints. However, my hope is Apple/Samsung strike a deal for the current S21 Ultra panels, as it is easily the most color calibrated, potentially brightest, and smoothest screen I've seen to date.
Either way, this news excites me as a tech enthusiast. Just please keep up the good fight and don't allow them to get rid of the charging port! I use wireless charging at night, but sometimes I need a battery pack during the day as a power user.
I wouldn't call it a great solution. Not all of us have (or want) an Apple Watch. Not a permanent problem, and iOS 14.5 has a great solution for it.
My point exactly! I have 4 iPhone 12 mini’s in my household and we are all huge fans. So easy to handle. Just have to be mindful of your battery coming from anything more recent than the iPhone XS.14.5million units in 2020. Not far off the Pro Max, maybe they should discontinue that too...

Was iPhone 12 mini poor sales fake news?
This report seems to suggest they sold 14.5million units in 2020? Hardly badforums.macrumors.com
While there's always exceptions, for those who have used a larger screen, there's no turning back to a smaller one unless budget is the primary driving force. My point exactly! I know they do indeed suggest an Apple Watch. How about a fingerprint sensor. This mask and Face ID is a PITA.
Your comment is fully false. I've used a bigger screen(7+. Budget was not the primary driving force. And my family couldn't be happier. While there's always exceptions, for those who have used a larger screen, there's no turning back to a smaller one unless budget is the primary driving force.
