It's cool, but the more I look at it, the more it looks like a fancy parking garage.

How long do you thinik before some bumpkin drives his/her SUV through the front?

:)

I think the poster talking about the New iPod was referring the text, not the apple remote. Think outside the box and look at the entire picture, not just the remote.

Do they ever have sales or any discounts at these grand oppenings??? If so then I will check it out..

What are the other giveaways?

Does anyone know what the other giveaways will be? I am less than 5 minutes away, but with graduation and all, I am very busy....any thoughts as to what might make it worth going opening day as opposed to Monday next week?

They normally only give out XL for some stupid reason.

Store looks cool, though.

I got one at the recent Cherry Hill NJ opening, and it's so freaking huge I don't think I can even wear it as a nightshirt. :( Fair warning so you don't get too excited...

technically i thought the NYC W 14th St store was the largest at 30,258 sq ft (see http://www.ifoapplestore.com/stores/chronology.html) .. but you know how Boston has that inflated ego thing and NY animosity with their small town Sox and all ..

Yeah, I suppose we might be willing to concede the biggest store to you NYC types. After all, NYC is the home of the baseball team that suffered the biggest choke in World Series history (and to our "small town Sox" no less). :D:D:D

More Genui will help as well

The plural of 'genius' is 'geniuses'. If you were trying to use Latin for some reason, 'genius' is a second declension masculine noun, so the nominative plural form would be 'genii'. 'Genui' is the first person singular perfect active indicative form of 'gigno, gignere', and means 'I gave birth'.

you can tell there aren't enough true bostonians here, because no one has started a completely unrelated "yankees suck" chant in response to this news...

Love that dirty water!!!!

No need to do it. They already know that the YANKEES SUCK!!!.

one question. Is it going to be a 24 hour store?

Ha ha, awesome. I hate it when people try to latin-ise words when they don't know Latin.

I was trying to have some fun, but thanks for not seeing that. :)

My programming is rather crude, and has rendered me completely oblivious to fun. Also, I'm a cranky old curmudgeon. :)

At any rate, I'm tempted to cross the river and check out the festivities tomorrow, but the throngs of people might be a bit much for me.
