are you suggesting new CPU's that are not on intels website will be released or that the imac will use Desktop CPU's because the Process has dropped to 45nm
I hope so. I think is is taking longer than it did when the unibodies were announced, and they made a way bigger deal about those.
She can use the 14-day remote selling laws. She can return anything, for any reason, as long as it is in it's original packaging. I think all she has to pay for is postage. UK consumer laws rock
Its the distance selling law and is technically an EU law which was then incorporated in to UK law. But yes, it does rock for the consumer but not so much for the retailer.

Just to say it's been a frustrating (6mnth) wait, but the rumour game has certainly been entertaining...and greatly added to the anticipation...
Just looking forward to upgrading my trusty G4 Sunflower (6years old - used every day for work without problems.)... which I will greatly miss.... but sometimes you just know the time is right.....
Anyway... thanks for the rumours and counter rumours..... off now to await the updates.... just milk in my tea please.

I am only concerned with pricing. Keeping the pro level prices on consumer level gear would be insane with the economy as it is, let alone the pricing every other seller of intel gear is at. Its sad when I can buy a laptop cheaper than a mini and the laptop is better equipped.

If you are a mac mini fan, the best tactic over the years is to expect nothing. Mac mini love needs to be balanced with heaping doses of pessimism

65W is not unreasonably hot if they put a bit of effort into the design to keep it a bit cooler.

I am am glad that Apple kept a 20" iMac ... the 24" won't fit on my desk
