Generally that happens after the store is updated, IIRC, the MB and MBP pages were updated about half an hour later than the store.

I'm waiting so hard for ordering my iMac today but reading all the time oh the store is down, which was already postet a thousand times before just sucks. Sorry about that.

I'm going to have to say yes, because it would be pointless for Apple to have even a mini-event if they update the websites before-hand. I think they are just taking all the stores down as each country reaches around 9pm their time, or something like that.

It won't be a 30 inch, they may be upgrading their current ones to touch screen, just a guess - no actual info.
