I have the battery issue where it says its going to take about 3 hours to charge from empty, and takes about 8 hours to fully charge. I hope its just because its a new computer.

Bought new from the Apple store in DE 3 days ago. I asked for something out of their most recent shipment, my fault for not checking before I left the store (but I really don't know how long it takes to get stock from the factory to a store). Backlight bleed, loose battery cover, most of the function keys stick up higher on their right. No testing or firm numbers yet but the battery seems to take a mighty long time to charge. Screen hinge could be a little tighter.

On the good side I really like the backlit keyboard (but I'd say the keys feel a little better on my two year old MacBook), the screen can get shockingly bright and so far it's running quietly and cool.

Update - I was reading about the fans not spinning up at high temps. Tested, and have that too. Won't be a problem until I start doing processor intensive things.
