And we're still calling it the iPhone 5 huh?
True enough. It's virtually impossible to keep new products 100% under wraps for probably "the most scrutinized company in the world" with arguably "the most anticipated products in the world" with sooo many people involved in bringing these gadgets to market. Especially with some news sites willing to pay thousands for a "scoop". But hey, as noted by others, maybe APPLE has a hand in some of these 'leaks'.![]()
just release the date...
Anyone know if we Verizon will let you upgrade early if your iPhone 4 is eligible for upgrade one week after the release?
#5. apple knows buzz is good regardless if it's leaked parts

Yup. The people on this forum seem largely incapable of counting to 6 and realizing this is the 6TH GENERATION iPHONE
All these leaks have told us what the phone will look like, how it is put together, etc.
However, NONE of them tell us about the specs (except the screen).
A6 processor? A5 and a half? Quad core? NFC? We don't have any idea about these. And it's those specs that really matter.
We don't even know if it'll be 4g

Get over it, dude! Let people call it whatever they want!
So I suppose everyone[including Apple] who called the iPhone 4S the.. Well.. iPhone 4S were wrong when it was clearly the iPhone 5?
//People who can't accept that names don't have to follow numerical order.
Are you kidding me?!![]()
It's going to be the iPhone 5. Going from iPhone, to iPhone 3G and 3GS, to iPhone 4 and 4S, it only makes sense to call it the 5. The public doesn't care about generation numbers. If they did, Apple would've called them iPhone 1, 2, 3, 4, etc. Calling it the iPhone 6 would make no sense because the public would always be asking "What happened to the iPhone 5?" Literally every person I talk to about it calls it the iPhone 5. I even asked another forum I'm on and everyone said iPhone 5.
Just stop. It could be the iPhone 5, the iPhone 4G, the new iPhone, but it won't be iPhone 6![]()
I'm thinking Apple is letting the leaks happen so they can see how soon after samsung comes out with a twin?
