Don’t worry, the repair places in the malls, that are still around, will call it iFold, like they called the iPod touch the iTouch (that used to annoy the hell out of me).I was planning to buy one, but only if they called it the iFold.
I've said it will be called the Ultra for quite a while now. The name is awesome and makes total sense IMHO.
Ultra implies a higher tier than standard so are they going to keep the standard MacBook Pro and charge more for an OLED display??
So you've had a chance to see it and use it then. Cool. Any other details you wish to divulge about an as-yet unannounced product? There’s nothing Ultra about a two camera phone and an easily scratchable screen
throw Bionic in there for extra spice.Probably ... along with some saucy branding.
Liquid Fusion Hyper Neural Retina Display*
(*a tandem OLED wrapped in oodles of marketing speak)
Clever. That would actually be a fun name.Come on Apple…PhoneBook, seriously! Served on a silver platter for you. Easy win.
(Also, Safari should have been named iBrowse)
throw Bionic in there for extra spice.
One has nothing to do with the other mate. How?
The Ultra watch, for example.. durable, heavy duty, long battery life, rugged, scratch-proof, etc. This? none of those.
iPhone Vision Pro doesn't easily roll off the tongue thoughiPhone Fold doesn’t sound premium enough. What name makes people want to spend over $2k for a first gen product?
One has nothing to do with the other mate.
The Ultra moniker is meant to mean the ultimate experience with that device category.
