My guess is they have quite a lot of announcements to make, possibly including an affordable Apple monitor, higher spec'd Mac mini and maybe low end iMacs. That's my hunch fwiw.
Why would a want an _Apple_ monitor? There are plenty of monitors around, for all prices. I can get several models for £80, I can get 2540 x 1440 for just over £200, 4K for similar prices. It's only at the high end, 5k or 6k, where things get expensive.

Show me a decent 22" 4K monitor or a decent 27" 5K monitor and I will give you my money.

I do not necessarily want an Apple monitor, but there is currently no monitor that satisfies my wants and needs available, at any price, except the XDR. (Cut the chin off a 5K iMac, remove the computer, and sell it to me for $1500 and I would not be unhappy.)

So it looks like Oneplus has to move their launch event again. 😂

I’ve been holding off on an Apple TV for almost a year... extremely excited! Looking to pick up 2, one to replace a Fire stick, the other to replace the Apple TV 3 which is slowly being obsoleted...

New MacBook Pros aren’t rumored, right? I’m anxiously waiting the AS MBP 16”...

My money is waiting for a 15” or 16” M1 MacBook Pro.

To be honest, I don’t really need it. My 2015 MBP 15” is still a real powerhouse especially with a 1TB nvme SSD upgrade. It easily copes with everything I throw at it workwise. (apart from gaming but I’ve made my peace with that. GeForce Now helps with that. I don’t expect the M1 MBP to be any good for gaming either.)

I can always pass the 2015 MBP to someone in my family who needs it for college.

why waste the money on an iPad now. you get the same, more powerful processor in a MacBook Pro or AIR for around the same price.

Now you have cannibalized the iPad sales with ARM Macs.

If ARM MacBooks get touch screens its even worse for iPad sales

much like the iPhone killed the iPod sales.

The traditional Mac form factors surely sell way less units than iPads. iPads can be had for way less than MacBooks. To compare the most expensive against the cheapest of a totally different product don’t help your logic either.

Macs are a bit quicker now. Outside of this forum the impact on real iPad sales remains to be seen.

Now we're talking. AirTags solves a problem I simply don't have so not one for me. I have the latest iPad Pro and generally don't upgrade for 3-4 years, so again, not one for me. But Apple TV..........time to move the ATV4 from my bedroom to the attic, the ATV4K from the lounge to the bedroom, and update the lounge version... :D
