Have you seen the back of the apple cases lol
I’d say the ever-so-slightly embossed Apple logo is subtle and tasteful. Looking at my Baltic blue wallet on my black Apple leather case, you wouldn’t see the logo unless the light is hitting it right.

The bullstrap I bought for my mini has a smaller logo but the embossment is a little heavy IMO.

Their wet mold process is fun to watch. I need to order one of their satchels as well as, at some point, their iPhone case. I’ve always wanted to try one.
The Saddleback video really shows how much work goes into each case, they are essentially hand made and totally unique. People who ask about the case can't believe that it is a single piece of leather. The only thing I would like better would be a folio style Saddleback case that would also protect the screen of the iPhone, but I don't think that is something that could be produced without using materials in addition to the leather.

I really want to do one of the saddleback cases but I’m afraid it
would be to heavy and thick. I love my bag from them more than most things I own.

Yeah Apple cases suck for the 12 lol, closest to it with a snug fit is the Grams28 case and I’m loving it
Just looked up Gram28 and dang their off white leather case looks nice, especially with the slightly brighter white numbers and possible initials.

Yeah, it’s very subtle in comparison, and I don’t have as much of a problem with branding which matches the phone manufacturer, because it actually makes sense for it to be there. Also it’s not ugly like a lot of these case logos. People wouldn’t accept a screen protector with branding around the edges, so why a case? Other than if it’s a well known luxury brand, there is literally no advantage to the user, it just comes across as vanity/advertising on the manufacturer’s front.

The drops of Betadine darkened the leather faster, but mixed with the Obenauf's oil made the leather feels and looks undamaged. It feels softer and a bit dry after the treatment, but back to normal after some hand touches 😁 i put a drop of water and still the leather reppeled the water. Everything is perfect!

I can’t explain how premium this case feels on the hand, my favorite aspect are the buttons they’re so tactile I’d compare them to Apple quality. Got a few scuffs from dropping it on an asphalt road in Yosemite and I think they’re aging nicely lol. For those bothered by the numbers and branding, they’ve faded from me simply rubbing them with my fingers constantly. Hard to tell in the pictures but it’s developing a pretty nice patina, like a darker shade of blue on the edges where I hold it most, unlike the ugly black the baltic blue gets. I’d definitely continue getting this case for future generation iPhones if they maintain this quality

Looks really nice. I’ll bet it’ll look even better once it darkens more. How’s the sound coming through those drilled speaker holes?

Very nice. I think I’ll get one myself. I’ve never had a blue leather case before. I was hoping they’d make one in brown, but that blue looks really nice. And I don’t mind the numbers at all.
