Hi everyone! After going through this thread for a long time, I decided to give it a go and purchased two beautiful apple leather cases! Here are two pictures of them against some leather cuts that I’m using for a personal project. I’ve used both of them for about a week each and so far I’m loving them💪🏻

The edges don’t turn black on the apple cases, they turn dark brown, the colour of the dyed leather underneath the pigment layer. Even aniline and undyed leather products get darker edges where theres more wear - e.g look at the edges of the wallet in the middle.
What's your toughts on the case so far? Is it too dark? It looks to be ageing very nicely
I’ve been enjoying it so far. Initially I thought it was too dark, but after seeing lighter cases like saddle brown age with the the sharp edge design it all kind of makes sense to have a dark brown case everything just kind of blends in better.

Has the leather gotten softer? I used to have one and it was pretty hard/ rough
It is very nice and supple, honestly this is a great product. The metal camera ring gives a really nice premium look as I plan on purchasing the black variant pretty soon
