We shall see. I believe it depends on how the owner treats the case and what it comes in contact with. Even with a case, I tend to treat my phone like I would if I was caseless.

After these first pictures, I treated both the wallet and the case with argan oil two times. And I plan to do again next week.
Does anyone have a pic of the saddle brown 12 case just natural and unaltered after all these months? Want to see just how the sides ended up darkening

Saddlebrown and black. A good looking combo IMO. Yes I know the saddlebrown isn’t holding up like it used to, but there’s still something about apples cases. I also have the black loop band and case, thus the wallet being older and more patina’d than the new case.
Yes. The special/novelty of Apple cases is the price. 😁 I’m kidding; I have had several Apple cases and I do have one got my mini. Yeah I was thinking the same. It's more like a navy blue with a hue of purple. I think they kinda missed the mark. Debating returning mine.

Not sure I'm into it. My mother (who humors me about these things) said it looks more blueberry... now that's all I can see. Not sure I like it. I loved the aubergine. I think they missed the mark here

Nomad brown leather case, one year of use, I don't like the TPU side and thin leather on the back, yet they are my all-time favourite, hope they have a full leather cover case. Decoded case, first day, love the button and the case is thin, feels like the Apple leather case.

There's already several shades of blue. I miss literally any other color. You might want to check out the new "purple." Looks way more blue than purple
I was never on board with the "Apple only" push that the moderator tailored it to. In fact, Apple brand or not, I have like every post that had pictures. I made it more inclusive to keep the mods at bay. Didn't know you made your own thread.
Mods, do we continue on with this thread as a mixture of Apple leather cases as well as 3rd party leather cases? The majority of us own both, Apple and 3rd party.

I didn’t make the other thread, but I also did not understand the forcing of the non-Apple case discussion out. I mean, it’s not like leather is a material that is exclusive to Apple products.
