I have both! The silicone case has the best feel in the hand, imo. Out of the two, I prefer the silicone.Does anyone in addition to the leather one use the silicone one? How does it feel relative to the leather one?
I got a fake one and wow, I really missed the soft feel of silicone! I would like to buy an original one, I'm doing my research.. How does yours behave over time? Does it lose pieces or becomes shiny?I have both! The silicone case has the best feel in the hand, imo. Out of the two, I prefer the silicone.
Yeah silicone has such a nice feel to it. I have a couple and they all are in great condition! One of mine did get a little shiny on the corners after a couple months but Apple replaced it for me free of charge. I’d definitely recommend it!I got a fake one and wow, I really missed the soft feel of silicone! I would like to buy an original one, I'm doing my research.. How does yours behave over time? Natural Nomad case came in today - just the tiniest bit of what looks like water spotting by the volume buttons from whoever returned it, but I'm sure those will be gone within a week or two of use. Not sure I love how close the peachy color of the rubber rim is to the fresh leather, but once the back has darkened up a bit it will probably provide some nice contrast (and really I'm just glad it's not white or black). The dark spots in the picture are just shadows.Just ordered myself a Nomad Modern in Natural for my new gold 13 Pro - got it for $40 through their outlet.
And in case anyone is looking at the Black or Rustic Brown Nomad cases, I noticed they are currently on sale for $30 through Huckberry (had to go with the natural myself though - love the look of a veg tan patina once it's really baked in the sun).
My black edition bullstrap I just got today doesn’t have this issue. The fit is PERFECT actually!! I think they made some changes in the last month. The box it came in was a phenomenal experience tooAre Bullstrap cases also known for a decreasingly smaller lip as it nears the bottom of the case? My Andar does that. I saw some reviews on Bullstraps website from customers that have the same issue ?.
Nice!! I think I’m going to go ahead and get the ocean variant. My black edition bullstrap I just got today doesn’t have this issue. The fit is PERFECT actually!! I think they made some changes in the last month. The box it came in was a phenomenal experience too
I support this! Do you have a coupon code?Nice!! I think I’m going to go ahead and get the ocean variant.
I still say Bullstrap has the best buttons! My black edition bullstrap I just got today doesn’t have this issue. The fit is PERFECT actually!! I think they made some changes in the last month. The box it came in was a phenomenal experience too
The carved are good too but I was feeling some leather! Just got the airpod case too and watch bands on the way!I still say Bullstrap has the best buttons!
That’s a really pretty caseI just got an Andar 'The Marshal' case, wanted to post my impressions of it. I hope to be able to return here in a month or two with some nice patina photos.
- The buttons are super easy to press, and look good.
- The hole for the silent toggle is large enough, but you could struggle if you have big fingers or have cut your nails all the way back.
- The sides of the case are leather the same as the back, so there may not be as much grip as some cases that use a different material on the sides. But I wouldn't say the leather is slippery.
- The leather does provide a lip over the edges of the phone which is good for drop protection. It can make swiping back from the outside edge in a bit more difficult though.
- The edges around the back cameras are raised enough that the cameras don't touch the surface when you put the phone down, but it looks like it's pretty close
- Overall I'm quite happy with it. Thanks to everyone else who posted about Andar's cases!
This may actually be my favorite case out there. I am bummed that they’re out of stock for the 13 Pro but your points are all spot on. Enjoy, she’s a beauty!I just got an Andar 'The Marshal' case, wanted to post my impressions of it. I hope to be able to return here in a month or two with some nice patina photos.

Just wait until the leather breaks in and becomes more “grippy”…really a fantastic case all around.I just got an Andar 'The Marshal' case, wanted to post my impressions of it. I hope to be able to return here in a month or two with some nice patina photos.

I would love to buy one, but that open bottom really makes me nervous about micro scratches.I just got an Andar 'The Marshal' case, wanted to post my impressions of it. I hope to be able to return here in a month or two with some nice patina photos.

I think the sienna from bullstrap would look phenomenal.Does anyone know what leather cases would look good on the Alpine Green 13 Pro? I’ve been looking for them, and while I have found the Sequoia Green Leather Case by Apple, I’ve heard mixed reports about the quality of that case. Any ideas?
I have looked into that case, it is nice but it is quite expensive, how does it compare to the Andar cases especially since those colors seem pretty similar?I think the sienna from bullstrap would look phenomenal.
Depends which brand. If Apple it won’t patina.Hey wonder how long for leather to get patina?
After a month, my leather case is still like new, no sign of any patina ;(
I have the 13 Pro Sequoia Green Apple Leather case and I am pleasantly surprised. I had an Apple leather case for my 12 Pro Max last year and it was fine but this years model seems to have a much better grip. Maybe it’s just me but it’s got a sort of sticky grippy feel. I’m going to rock it for a while, it’s perfect combo for the Alpine Green phone.Does anyone know what leather cases would look good on the Alpine Green 13 Pro?
