YMW crazy horse just arrived! Really happy with it overall, the camera lip is nearly identical to Apple OEM, leather has a nice feel and not slippery. Bottom protection feels amazing. Buttons are a bit stiff and MagSafe not quite as strong as Apple. Really looking forward to the patina. Well worth $20

Daily driver for the last few weeks looking better each day
Something I've not seen before.....
.... I have just put leather milk on my newly purchased Ink case and the case has soaked it in.... My previous Apple cases never did this
Yes it does scratch easily but they rub out/“heal” pretty easily. There is an ever so slight sensation of leather grain but doesn’t flake. It’s just enough to provide some nice grip. I did notice the camera protector is painted metal though, and even in the first day some of the paint has rubbed off
Okay here is the damage, which he said he would exchange at first. I don’t think I should pay return shipping for a damaged product then I took it up with Etsy and he threatened me.Yeah, we really need to see the rest of the conversation and also the damage on the case
Buy from them at your own risk, I’ll be filing a police report and restraining order based on his threat that he knows where I live abs it isn’t over.

That’s unbelievable. Won’t be supporting his company ever. That’s for sure. I was unsure what to think after your first post but I’m 1000% on your side now. I’m shocked by his response to this.

Will do! The funny thing is he told me to go to Etsy and I did, and Etsy refunded me and didn’t take the funds from my purchase from him. The goal for Etsy was both parties would be happy. No lost profit, I thought that was super cool and the end of it. Boy was I wrong…
I reached out and told him his products and service are trash and he told me my mom is trash 😢🤣

Back to the product; I wouldn’t say damaged but definitely poorly manufactured and any decent company would exchange for free, including shipping fees. But they are clearly not a decent company.
At least you got your money back; he’ll be sourcing £20 Ali Express/YMW cases for dirt cheap as a bulk, stamping them up with a Bull logo and selling for a massive profit so the sooner it collapses, the better

No intention of minimizing anything that has happened - just a note - my Decoded case has done the same thing. The inner lining has separated from the inside of the case near the camera.

I'd be surprised if he isn't charged over this. That's a straight threat and is very illegal along with just being greasy.

Damn, and just got a Midnight & Umber for my Silver 14 Pro. Loved the Umber colour but after seeing your pictures I'm scared to open it and use it. I hate so much the blacked out edges..!!
