Anyone used or is currently using a Bullstrap Dune? I like the color but worried it might look horrible over time. Debating about picking one up just to switch it up or just stick with the Sienna.
I like mine, but I’d stick with sienna.

Just received Bullstrap portfolio for iPhone 14 pro max.
Is that from their sample sale? If so, that looks great. I ended up ordering a black folio and a black regular case from their sample sale and they should arrive today.

I'm trying something new with my 14 Pro; just ONE case. As I'm a fan of Apple's silicone cases I'll stick with just the one I have now (Olive Green) until it needs replacing. Then I'll get just one more and throw away the old one.
Can I successfully execute this radical plan? Unknown. I make it 6:5 and pick 'em that I last six months before doing a case binge.

I’ve been saying this for a couple of years. I always buy Apple’s leather case when I pick up the phone and it’s easy to argue it’s one of the best available so it should be easy buuuuuut then I come here.
I currently have four for this phone.
So I got in my “sample” for 14 Pro Max today. I ordered Ocean but it looks nothing like the pics on their site. No waviness in color at all and to me it looks black. Only in direct harsh sunlight did it look greenish. Also included my disgusting Orange Apple leather case. Lol last photo is the ocean color on their website. With all that said it’s nice for $25 total and I don’t mind a black case!

Also, the only imperfection I can see is a tiny line/wrinkle above the Bull logo.

1 year old Bullstrap Sienna next to my new one! This is definitely the way to go if you want leather these days

That’s a huge variation. Mine is so much more green than that and also looks nothing like the actual Ocean case.
Mine has the same thing.
Got my bullstrap bourbon sample in. I get a strong chemical smell, nothing like an Andar leather smell. Buttons very very clicky. Feels dusty in hand if that makes any sense. Leather looks pretty good in the sun but it will definitely need many wears to get a better feel and a nice patina which I can tell will look very nice. Came with couple cosmetic flaws flaws but all in all not bad for $25. Here it is next to my RL:

No mine is the normal sale. It's seem sample sale is the defect version for the first batch of this case.
Sample is the defect case for the first batch version of this case. Sample version and new version have a different design of camera bump.
Here I am back in the Ink leather case. I noticed my BS sample case has an hourglass figure around the screen which turns out to be a dealbreaker.
Does the color vary from sample to new? If so that would explain what happened here.
Here’s the photos I posted when it arrived.
Looks pretty similar in the right light to mine. I just put leather conditioner on it and some rubbed off on the cloth and it was almost turquoise.
