Magnets are very good, not quite as strong as apples but still strong.

That looks like plastic. It IS plastic. It says PU leather on the product description.

Doesn’t look that way no, but at least for me that’s not a dealbreaker. The action button is completely useless to me, it’s just a clicky mute button that will get very little use.
Just thought it looked extremely similar to apples leather, it even has the Apple logo, but can’t find enough info to judge if it actually is leather.

This looks like someone is cashing in on the aliexpress cases. I bought a taupe “leather” on eBay for $14 so i’ll post it once it comes in.
Did somebody order the Wiiuka from amazon.de? They don’t mention if it’s the regular skiin or more version, but based on colours I’m assuming the regular one?

Yeah I want real leather, that also will patina over time. Whatever Apple did with their leather back in the day it was great. Yes it had some kind of finishing to make it exceptionally smooth and you couldn't really see the pores, but man it showed a superb patina so who cares right. That coupled with the best and tightest fit of any case made it a nobrainer. That is what I want and I would probably pay $150 for that. But so far I have only seen options that come close, but especially in the fit department it leaves a lot to be desired.

Blue bonnet has closed bottom, that is a deal breaker for me. Original Apple leather case had open bottom. I do like how they did the lip around the camera though, it is very thin and discrete, as good as it gets for not being full leather. No pictures of their 15 pro case either, though I could live with a cutout for action button.
I hear you. I still look at my saddle brown case from my XS sometimes. I was so upset when i realized the case was different on my 12. Sad days!
I used bullstrap on my last phone for the open bottom.
They never responded to my email but I did get a number for them I’m going to call tomorrow. I need to ask about the action button and when they are going to be in stock.
