Leather Cases - Patina Proud Photos

I’m not upgrading my 15PM because I don’t need to, but I thought I’d give it a birthday with a new leather case.

Found a guy near me selling a new, unused RL saddle brown case still sealed in the packet for $40 on FB marketplace, so I snapped it up :)

I think it suits the natural titanium colour nicely. I also chose a new wallpaper to match :)

Hopefully it patinas as nicely as the one on my 13 mini (also saddle brown originally).

I know many don’t like the closed bottom, but I personally prefer it. The quality of the leather between this one and the open bottom one on the mini feels the same to me at least.

Does anyone have any leather conditioner recommendations? Also, this might be a silly question but does using conditioner permanently darken the case in any way?

Hoping the wife comes around to me getting the 16 pro. I got the Ultra 2 in black, and she’s not real keen on me getting a phone and watch. Although I didn’t get anything last year and she got the 15 PM after just having the 14 PM.

I have heard Andar’s is good, and from what I have seen here it does not permanently make it dark.

Lonli cases already available on Amazon.
Unfortunately it seems only in US.

LE: Available also in other countries. But with ugly cut-out unfortunately. Till now, in my opinion, RL and Decoded have better cut-outs.

I disagree. Luckycoin was one of the few case makers for the 15 series that actually took the time to punch individual speaker holes rather than one big cutout. I think they have shown that the little things matter. I believe they will do a proper port rather than a notch in the case. But I guess all we can do is wait and see....

Does Luckycoin have any website or smth? Can't find. I'm wondering if they announced the release date or any news.

Did someone bought the blue leather case from TORRO? Maybe last year for the 15 series?
Checking the photos on their website seems that they are using 3 types of leather. The brown one seems to be smooth, the black one very "bubbly" (dont know how to call it), and the blue one somewhere in between.

I want to get the blue one, but im afraid its not "smooth". The only pics i saw here were with the brown one which is looking very nice. Is the blue one the same?

I tried the blue and black last year. Both felt like horrible cheap nasty ‘paper’ like ‘leather’. The brown looked a lot nicer

Damn...so the search continues for a blue one. I really like RyanLondon, but they don’t have many color options, and Bullstrap is around $110 with delivery to my country. The only option would be Decoded, although the leather isn’t as high quality as RL. But the ‘clay’ one is gorgeous. The blue one also looks good.

What’s your pick this year?

I think I’m going to be steering clear of leather to be honest. Nothing really appeals to me so far.

Aesthetically don’t like the cut outs on Andar And Lonli’s. Don’t like Nomad full stop. Bullstrap is overpriced and I don’t like open bottom due to then digging into my pinky finger.

I’ve just ordered a grey and blue sheath. I’m hoping they work for me this year

I had the blue decoded on my 12 mini and it was decent.

All right boys, the wife is on board for the 16 pro. Back in the leather market after 2 years. I guess BS will start getting my money first. We shall see how that goes.

Would be nice to find if they'll have complete cut-out like LONLI/Andar or not.
