Personally I’m sticking with my 15. Not enough in the 16 to make me want to upgrade and I see little to no value in AI in my phone.

However if I were updating I’d be looking for a proper cut out like LC or BS is doing and not a notch like Nomad and Andar is doing.

This the proper cutout is the way to go. Waiting not so patient for Luckycoin to release. I want to try them for the first time.
 
Stuck on which color iPhone to get this year folks.

You're gonna love them though, so all good!
I actually don’t like BS based on past experience with them. I found their customer service to be extremely poor and their warranty to be a complete joke.

Also why pay BS prices when you can get Luckycoin for a third of the price and it’s just as good of a case… maybe even better?

Interesting. I never had an issue with their CS and have had a number of warranty replacements no questions asked. They have always had my replacement shipped within a day of my request in my experience.

I wish that had been my experience. They made it way harder than it should have been. Basically wanted an essay about what the damage was, how it happened, why I think it should be replaced submitted along with numerous photos after a couple weeks of back and forth I gave up and swore off them for life.

I say all this as I have ordered a 16 pro case from them, but their whole marketing campaign and company comes across as used car salesman. Very much sell you as hard as they can on a product with this great "warranty" with no intentions of following through. Seems their job is hassle the customer as much as possible until they give up trying to get a replacement.

The only reason I went with them was, they were available relatively soon, and they have leather around the buttons so they aren't so sharp sticking out. Just fit my needs and wants the best. Other wise I would have looked elsewhere without hesitation. If indeed LC is releasing their case with the leather up around the buttons, I will hop on that case right away.

I will say, over the years I have had over 10 warranty replacements from Bullstrap without a single issue.

They even sent me out an open bottom case of my choice when I complained about the issues with the contemporary Sienna case, and was told to just keep it and not to return it (was still brand new).

It really is a wide range of feelings for BS. I for one feel they are misleading, so I hold my nose when supporting them with my money. I think back to last year with the mess over the box saying top grain, but their claim was full grain. Their explanation was a marketing mixup. Just have a hard time trusting them. That said, I haven't had a terrible experience with them yet, and I find their cases pretty much just as quality as any others.

I do also have a chrome-green version arriving, and then I'll keep the colour I prefer.

Agree. I probably had more than your 10 replacements. I don't think I ever had to give an explanation, just send a picture and they process it. Until I have a bad run in with them, I will continue to use them.

Is the piece of material along the new camera button flexible or stiff compared to the bottom portion along the charging port? worried this may be a weak point for some cases due to being a pretty thin piece.

It seems sturdy enough, it’s also thicker than it looks as it’s sort of double skinned I guess to reinforce the weakened area.

For Bullstrap or Luckcoin, do the camera bumps actually full protect the camera lenses? I once got a Ryan London case and I am certain that the bump on the case did not fully protect the lenses. Thanks all!
 
Message back from RL saying my closed bottom case that I ordered as soon as they came live "should be with me at the end of September".

I've asked to cancel... Already got my Nomad and a BS on the way anyway.
