Ive been using the Casebelle Vintage luxe Amber Brown and really starting to love this case. I also have a RL open bottom but just couldnt get past the thicker sides as i only have small hands. Although the RL leather is lovely. But im definitely favouring the Casebelle now with its thinner form and its starting to age nicely.
Nomad traditional case after a week's use...
Buttons - excellent; they're a gunmetal grey as is the camera protector, much nicer than black.
Case fitment - excellent
Leather feel - high quality and smells great when new
Cut outs - All align perfectly with no gaps and can use large charging cables if required.
I'm that impressed I've ordered a second in their Black Friday sale as a "spare".

I’ve moved to a iPhone 16 so it’s not being used at the moment so I’ll condition it today
It's the normal leather, sadly they don't do horween on the traditional case for the 15 series - but it feels really nice either way and not much different from horween cases I've had in the past.
After my 14 Pro Max case from Bullstrap, I had no intention of getting a leather case this time around as I've been enjoying these slimmer cases lately, but oh my god that Maverick green color from BS is amazing. Andar's Moss is awesome as well but I can't deal with that black metal camera ring getting chipped and showing silver. Has BS mentioned how long they are on backorder for?
It’s not gonna help. I had the bare tortora on my 15pro and the color starting wearing off on the sides like that after a few months and I had conditioned it several times. It patinas like apple leather 12-14 cases.
So I dropped my phone and damaged the back of my Ryan London black. I was rubbing the leather trying to wear out the scuffs. In the process looks like I took off some of the pigment. Now I have this discolored spot that looks off. I’ve tried conditioner to no avail. Any options how to remedy it?
Damage is done. Could try a dye?
In hindsight, the scuffs would have just ‘healed’ themselves if you’d have left them
It does but only temporarily. Also it becomes very slippery. I’ll look into applying leather dye.
This is more like forced patina but in a bad way lol.
So another issue this case has is the camera metal lip is loose. Just my luck. Nevertheless I will continue to wear it normally and not gonna dye it. What’s the point? Eventually I imagine it’s patina will even out the look.
It looks like my iPhone 16 pro max bull strap contemporary case shipped and should be here Monday the 2nd. Just an FYI for anyone waiting on theirs still too.
That’s awesome I was told mine wouldn’t ship until 12/10 even though I placed my order way before they made that change. Super annoying, I don’t think there are any alternatives that produce a closed bottom with a leather wrapped camera ring so I guess I’ll wait

I'm surprised how many people don't mind the metal camera surround on some of these newer designs. Was an absolute dealbreaker for me. IMO it feels awful.

My husband said his RL ring chipped. He’s at work so I haven’t had a chance to see it.
