Oh really? I did not know that!
Honestly, I just want my order shipped. That’s all I want. Like I told the customer service agent via chat I’m not trying to be a jerk. But I don’t wanna play email tag and just play this out for another two weeks. I would much rather cancel the other order out since they can’t even see it and dispute it with my credit card company and just simply re-place the order. It’s not like I don’t want the cases. I just want them to be shipped. And like I mentioned yesterday, I feel like if I were to go on the site and order them brand new right now, I wouldn’t have an issue.
I feel like partly this might be something I caused because I originally ordered the brown color and I had them change my order up a little bit. But I just find it odd that a month ago they could see the order in my account and now they can’t. So the only thing I can think of is that because of the changes that were made to my order, somehow it murked everything up
