Been awhile since I’ve been here but I have that slate gray on my 16 pro max. It’s such a gorgeous color! I know this post is kinda old but wanted to chime in on how much I love my slate Bullstrap!

I’d like to see some pics of that one.

I’ve had one on my 17 Pro for a few weeks now and it’s fantastic. I got it in black though so no patina to share.

In line at Disney… three weeks in!

I bought the black (I usually use black tbh) and I bought sienna but haven’t gotten to either of those yet. The slate surprised me with how pretty it is. I love it on the white titanium and the striping on this is awesome

Thats maintaining its color quite well after three weeks. Do you expect it to end up dark gray?

I’ve seen them end up dark grey which is why I almost didn’t do it (although I like dark gray). I’m really picky with my phone and keep my hands and phone clean at all times so idk how mine will age tbh. It’s prob not gonna get too dark because of my personal habits. It’s different for everyone for sure!

Little leather action. Told myself I wouldn’t but I caved. Couldn’t resist that deep black on orange. Closed bottom open plateau bullstrap. Pleasantly surprised. Feels super thin to old BS cases I’ve tried. Fit is spot on, best I’ve had on a case this year. A,zing buttons, spot on cutouts. Reminds me oh so much of what I miss from the apple leather.

Two things hurt the case IMO. One is hand lotion. I don't use that. The other is eating a hamburger at Five Guys while using your phone.

Me too. I really love the dark blue of my Decoded case. I just got it replaced under warranty as after a few drops the area above the power cable cut out cracked.

I'm not sure I want black though. A dark navy would be great. I asked them if they could do the flex case in Ocean, but they said no. They do have the contemporary case in ocean though.

I don’t do either.. strict rule in my house. Clean hands on phones. As someone who works for one of the major US cellular companies I find most phones that are greasy/sticky absolutely repulsive. So I’ve gotten a little OCD

I just swapped mine to the sienna tbh. It was the one I wanted the most but I gave slate a month run.

Sienna is absolutely gorgeous. It was my top pick but because I had a decent coupon code I bought five Bullstrap cases 😂

Looks nice. I can’t do shades of brown because it limits my wallpapers too much. I had a Bourbon case from Bullstrap a while back and it drove me nuts.

I totally get this! I was that way too esp with the colored apple silicone I used to use. I couldn’t stand clashing etc. and I used to change my wallpaper a LOT!

I have a few wallpapers set up for use in iOS 26 but I can’t get away from using one… I’ll post here. With the brown it just “works” so it’s a beautiful setup for me. Even looks good with the slate!

Black cases always make the wallpapers pop. I just did a ton of black cases/black bordered cases so I’m just so over black cases for now. I do have my black Bullstrap for when I want to go back to that kinda look.

I know what you mean. However I don't find it hard to keep my phone clean. Now that phones are fully waterproof, I can use wipes to clean them and do that quite regularly. I can wash it under a faucet with hand soap. I also take my phone in swimming pools so they get plenty of cleaning.

Right on! That’s awesome!

Only thing you really can’t clean are the leather cases so I’m really careful what I expose mine to. Otherwise yeah you’re right pretty easy to clean the phones these days! (Wish more people would do it too…)

I have that Wilken case; one in black, and one in brown - both feel great, and look very nice. Quite thin, and a good fit. It has an open bottom, which I prefer, but some do not... They smell like real leather! And a pretty good deal for a quality leather case.

I don't think I've used it since this photo as I've been switching around cases. But I may have to throw it back on because I was digging how it was starting to patina. I'd love to see an updated pic of your Bluebonnet.
