I have tried 5-6 times and it is just a waste of time for me.

I say very, VERY basic things and it either doesnt understand or gets it wrong.

I will wait for the next version

Use it all the time for texting in the car w/ a wired headset (Sennheiser earbuds). Has to be wired; tried using BT headsets and it's a disaster.

I use Siri quite a bit. Making calls, writing long-winded texts for me, asking for directions, and showing off as well :)

I use it all the time for making calls, setting alarms, dictating Google searches (what I use it for most, because I'm too lazy to type), and changing the song while I'm running. So multiple times a day.

I don't, sadly. I actually find the voice recognition on the Nexus (ICS?) much better since it transcodes in real time.

My primary use is to have texts read on a cold day (when I don't want to take the phone out) or to set alarms.

I use it for texting. So much faster than my typing speed.

I like setting my alarm clock each night. I tell it to wake me up in 8hours. Siri calculates the time and sets it for me. I can keep my eyes close and tell siri to wake me up in 1hour to snooze longer lol

I'm still under the impression that this phone is brand new and that I haven't used all of its features yet. I rarely use Siri and feel like I should start to more.

I havnt used it in 2 weeks
Im trying to get used to using it in the car, so it will come in handy ar one point
Before that i just used it for fun. The fascination when getting something new you know :D
I only got the 4s because it came with my contract extension. My 3gs was still going strong, i would have rather stayed with my 3gs for another year and gotten the iPhone 5!!

egh... sorta sometimes. while i am driving its great but i have found that Siri in the messaging app is kinda buggy and sometimes wont even put out what i have dictated. so for me not as often as in the begining. it is great but sadly just a gimmick. when apple allows or enables hardware capabilities i will use it more but until then for me not to often.

Only use it to set alarms..Like i said, siri is a fad that wears off super fast..And telling it to send texts is a pain because it takes to long to analyze what you say, even when you give it generic commands.

I use mine everyday. Mostly for:

Making calls (in the car)
Texts (reading them in the car)
Calendar
Reminders
Find places near my location

Love Siri.

Texting in the car. Setting alarms. Texting while walking. Setting timers. Calculating tips in restaurants. That's about it.

I use it at home or in the car. I think it would be kind of odd to talk to my phone in public, but if I was trying to multitask, I'd probably take advantage of it in front of people. :p

Sorry to be a wet blanket guys, but it's still dangerous to text while driving, even when using Siri. I think studies have shown that your attention is still being diverted, even while just talking on the phone via bluetooth or another hands-free means.

Just saying, in the holiday spirit, be safe. And if you can, avoid texting while driving unless you really really have to. I totally understand there are times when you just have to.

:)
