Yes I know that:) I was looking for early reviews from nMP users;) just need to know if it work smoothly at full res/60hz or if there are bugs or other problems.

This guy/review seemed pretty happy with the LG 21:9 display.

I have MP6,1 and I'm seriously considering this monitor... the only hold back is me thinking I like two monitors that are angled toward me for viewing alignment... not sure if the one very wide display would be as good as having two angled at me while working. It would be nice to have a free trial run at using this LG monitor as parting with $1500 would hurt if it doesn't meet my requirements.

I was initially keen on this display, but the more I think about it, the more I think I should wait for a good price on a 3840x2160p display... I need the vertical pixels as much as the horizontal... especially for photography where the images I'm working with are natively 3:2.

This kind of display might be more ideal for wide aspect ratio video work but even then, it never hurts to have more vertical pixels.

I must say I'm very interested into this display. I actually wanted this for a long time. Especially with audio and video, you really need horizontal space. With photography, it's surely a bit different. I doubt that Apple will release something similar since they would charge much more.

I like the wide display, I can have a tutorial video up on one half and the program I'm learning open on the other.

I'll invest in 4k down the line.

It appears Amazon now has this available for sale via one of their partners... $1399 with free shipping!

I've ordered the display last night with 8% off the reduced price via MeinPaket.de for a total, including German VAT (19%), of 870,- Euro. The coupon code was "8SPAREN". It's currently sold out at their partner Snogard but will be offered again soon. The display is slated to ship within five days. I'll let you know how it works once I get it.

Awesome. Looking forward to your review.

This looks awesome, if Apple don't release an updated TB display within the next few months it will be hard not to buy this! ;)
