There seems to be a delay according to german retailers. My order looks like it is shipping next week.

My order has shipped from S. Korea and is now delivered to Michigan USA. I'm now waiting on tracking info to know when it gets delivered to me. Amazon's last Email showed delivery Mar 25th... so we will see.

We is the unboxing video?

No unboxing at this time.:confused: Latest Email says delivery delayed for some reason and that they were sorry about this, but will offer a nice present to me for the delay....

LG informed MNW GLOBAL that they checked the first batch of LGs and found some parts need to be complemented. So first shipment will be delayed for several days. The ship date is from the mid of April to the end of April.

They said in Email if you will kindly wait for it, we will include a gift. ;)

Did not see the LG 34UM95 34" IPS Panorama UltraWide QHD Monitor 21:9 3440x1440 HDMI DP Thundervolt for sale at B&H... !!!!!!!!

I posted the link to the direct listing. Look at the model number, or go to BH and go to the monitor section and select the resolution of 3440 x 1440 and it will show up.

Looks like a longer delay for Germany. Some retailers say mid April, some say end of.

My Email correspondence from Order information from Amazon seller MNW GLOBAL has indicated mid April to end of April for delivery, along with a nice gift for being patient. :) They offer full refund if I choose not to wait. I'm waiting.

This is from AppliedVisual on another thread -

"I don't know if it's been addressed with any confirmation, but I figured I'd chime in since stumbling on this thread. I have the 24" Dell and 32" ASUS 4K displays working just fine at 60Hz with the new Mac Pro (8 core D700 GPUs) and OSX 10.9.3 beta seed. There initially was a sleep/wake issue with the Dell, but it has been fixed with the seed released late last week. So they are working great.

HiDPI Retina scaling support is also present in addition to full resolution 3840x2160 with 1920x1080, 2560x1440 and 3200x1800 equivalent scaled resolutions.

I'm really liking the 2560x1440 equivalent on the 24" Dell. On the 32" it's a toss-up between native resolution and 3200x1800.

All natively supported in the display properties panel. No need for SwitchResX or any other hacks."

Is 3440 x 1440 going to be a problem?

What about Apple's Seed NDA.... ?

wow, $999 on B and H. Interesting to see when it ships

B&H has updated their page showing an expected availability of 5/21. I hopped on live chat and the customer rep confirmed that there is a delay and that these units are on order.

Is the $699 monitor 1080 vertical res? Sorry, I missed that part, and couldn't find anything on the website that listed it's resolution.
Thanks!

One of these monitors might solve my problem with OS X which is monitor combining for games. I only play two games - LOTRO and Civ, both of which are available on Mac. I'd prefer not booting into Windows just to play a little game.

I have three 27" monitors, with the center one being an older Cinema and the other two being Thunderbolt. I could replace the center one with one of these, giving me a nice, almost widescreen experience. The problem is I'm running out of desk space!

May 21st is pretty close to WWDC.

If it arrives that late I might as well wait to see what Apple does.

I'd hate to order this and not be able to return it

"Non-refundable, non cancelable special order item. If the item is defective you have to go through the manufacturer. "

Apple may announce something before you even get this monitor.

The page linked above has removed that disclaimer and has replaced it with:
