is it me or does anyone else notice that on the apple website, it no longer says "will be released in july" anymore.

Surely if you wanted Lion this bad (that you spend hours on here) then you should have it by now.

Is this Apple's way to show off it's marketing power? I feel like i'm a part of a ********** religion, where we are waiting for the apocalypse or the meteorite with Apple's logo to fall and worship. An official date and time of release would be more proper and professional. Like we are waiting the white smoke to appear from the App Store Vatican. Jesus Christ! (on a Cinema Display)

Man I hope so cause before Sandy Bridge it was already pretty easy, but sandy bridge made it a bit challenging, I have hear Lion will make it super easy. I hope Lion supports native Intel graphics, then I will really be impressed.
Im currently running i7 2600k @ 4.5 with 8G DDR3 1333 and a ATI 5770 with 10.6.8 I can't wait to get Lion on the old hackintosh. I think I might have to buy me a mac track pad.
Assuming your motherboard is fine, it should work with just chameleon bootloader, custom dsdt and smbios.

Wasn't the whole point of the delay to wait for lion to come out.
But no stores in the UK appear to have new signage or updated hardware, no stir on twitter. BIG
It's not like they will change them midday.
Only websites said that MB Airs would be out today not Apple ! Apple will no doubt release them once lion is loose....

You should be scared of how close to the truth you are...
Professional companies have road maps and clearly communicated release dates. But Apple works almost exclusively in the consumer market, and there their marketing concept has worked well for them so far.
