Lion Up to Date Still not working
Are you being sarcastic? Must be redeemed within 30 days of purchase OR release of Lion. Read more carefully. Regardless, I bough my two iMacs on June 21, and it still doesn't recognize my serial numbers either.
Also, if yu bought on the Online Store, what are you suppose to put in the City and State location of the store, which it still demands.

i watched lion on the charts while downloading and it has gone from 38 to no.1.
I'm 1.90GB downloaded, 1.84GB to go.

I would recommend giving the HD a wipe, however the Lion installer will not initialise this, you will have burn the Lion image to disc, boot from it and run Disc Utility.
just don't understand why mine and others aren't working. did you buy your online? also, for the date did you use the date you bought it or the shipping date?
They promised to send them "on the _day_ Lion comes out." So we'll probably have them by the end of today.
Up-To-Date STILL Not Working
UPDATE** On the phone with Apple Sales and they have not been able to verify that there is a problem with the online form even though i walked them through it step by step and verified that it does not recognize my two iMac serial numbers, which were purchased on June 21st! Their only suggestion is to try again in 24 hours! ****tards!!

To my surprise I woke up this morning and I couldn't believe this thread had 80 pages, so I read them and it was almost like reading a novel, some funny bits (Guy pooping on his mac), some crazy bits (guy saying apple told him on Twitter) and some happy bits (the new baby called Steve), thank you MacRumors!
