I placed my order on 26 Feb. Its supposed to ship between 6 and 11 Mar and arrive on 10-14 Mar.

My low-end new mbp penryn is in transit now, cant wait for its arrival! yesterday I got the 32gb touch aswell. They will make a great couple! Dont you think?

Ordered on Wednesday around 2:30 Pacific. Looked this morning and my package is prepared for shipment.
 
Ordered mine last night around 10PM PST. Checked my e-mail this morning and it had already shipped out from Shagnhai. I paid the $18 more for 2 day so it should arrive on the 4th to my office.

I purchased the Low end Penryn, and I can't wait!

I wonder if all our macbook pro's are just chillin' on the plane right now hanging out and having a good time....or maybe they are just sitting in boxes being inanimate objects.

I would hate to think that our computers wouldn't be having a good time! I mean they're flying to meet their new owners :p
 
I ordered mine on Feb 28th and its telling me that it will ship by: Mar 10 - Mar 13 and is delivered by: Mar 12 - Mar 19. I'm really hoping that it will ship sooner! Can't wait.

I have stepped foot into two mac stores since they announced the new laptops and both times they didn't have any 17 inch in stock. Only 15's. I think there is some back order on the screens. That could be why its going to take a few extra days.

Obviously this is just my thoughts from the responses I got from the actual mac stores. Could be completely wrong.

i'm sorry if this seem to be a stupid question but what is the accessory kit? i did not see the option to order it.

I didn't know FedEx did Saturdays, but shows you what I know
 
I recommend that you guys try out simpletracking.com to track your computers. I noticed that they give much more detailed tracking information

as soon as the penryn update took place, i got the ok from the wife to take the plunge! (although had to wait until the end of feb. to order!)

I ordered my 15" 2.5 the morning of the 26th w/Logic added as the only BTO item. It's also showing shipped as of 1 March and delivery by 5 March.

However, I actually suspect that it will arrive Monday, Tuesday at the latest. In my experience, Apple's stuff always arrives ahead of time, expedited shipping or not (though I did request expedited this time). I watched my Touch travel from Shanghai to my doorstep in one day. I think that was via standard shipping.

FedEx doesn't deliver on Sunday, but they push the freight 24/7.
