I have no issues with adding games, i've done the star thing for games both before and after kick off and they've updated fine including having more than one running at the same time. Not sure if its dependent on the game you are trying to follow live and some divisions in some countries are not supported although the ones i've been doing it for have been way down the pyramid in England and worked fine.

It's ok, I've found how to add Live Activities from the app now.

I've starred some games for this week and so I'll have to see if they appear when the game starts.
 
I selected the Liverpool v Napoli ahead of last night's game, but it didn't show up on the lock screen using Sports Alerts. I had another game running at the time from Fotmob. Is this why? Also I am in the UK if it makes a difference?
 
You can have more than one Live Activity but it stacks them. I've only had multiple from Fotmob and you only see one with them stacked then if you press on the one you see it shows the others. Suspect it does this if they are from different apps as well so could be that the Sports Alert one was hidden behind the FotMob one.

Being in the UK shouldnt make a difference. I'm UK based and used Sports Alerts for Live Activity for some NFL and NBA games. Also use FotMob on a regular basis for games.

Yeah I checked to see if they were stacked, but they weren't. Have you used Sports Alerts for football (soccer)? Just wondering if it wouldn't show you football Live Activities if you're from the UK.

I wish it didn't stack multiple Live Activities.

Nope not used Sports Alerts for football as i use FotMob for them and they seem to work fine plus the teams i want them for are not covered on Sports Alerts which only covers the main Football League in England.

I've only used Sports Alerts for US sports really.

I used Scorespot and Fotmob Live Activities to follow the Manchester City game this evening and they both showed on the lock screen simultaneously and unstacked when the lock screen was idle! The only problem I had was with Scorespot. It didn't show the 2nd goal for ages, but did catch up on its own without me having to do anything.
 
Sports Alerts seems to be messed up after the latest update. It doesn't update the scores (at least mine) and I couldn't get live activities for college football. Anyone else have that issue?

I was using it to follow the Patriots game yesterday and it seemed to be ok if a little slow to update.

Yes, when I tried last week I couldn’t get live activities for college football either. I wasn’t sure why.

Out of the hundreds of apps I have, I don't think any of them support live activities yet. What a great feature...

Actually I prefer the CBS sports app. Better scores/games layout. Hoping they can support live activities

Before iOS 16 I used OneFootball for football (soccer). But they don't support Live Activities yet. I'm surprised and they've released 2 updates since.
 
I got a response from the CBS Sports app developer and they said there was no timeline for the live activities inclusion.
