Live Activities are awesome!!!

Now here would be a great app to use Live Activities! Sadly, not yet.

It does for me and I've used it a couple of times now. I find that you have to wait until kickoff for it to work.

I also wish that when viewing 2 games at a time, one didn't group on top of the other. I wish they displayed separately so you that you didn't have to tap on the one on the top to see the one underneath.

Are you saying not to touch on the star next to the match details until the game has started?
 
Does anyone know how many live activities you can have running at once? I've seen someone run two (Sports Alerts and Apollo) at once, but if many apps have live activities and you want to run a few, how does Apple decide what gets run and what doesn't. What is the organizational structure to this new feature.

I used Fotmob the other day and wanted to follow 2 games at the same time, but when the lock screen was locked and idle, it grouped them one on top of the other so I could only see one, unless I tapped on the top one.
 
I’m finding the sports alerts app seems to have stopped working for live scores again on my 13 pro Lock Screen. Seemed to work last week when I tried it. Footmob continues to work well.

I am not able to get it to work on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I have Live Updates on in FaceID & Passcode settings, I have Live Updates on for the Sports Alert app in Settings. I long press on a game, either an upcoming or an in progress & do not get the Live Update option. I'm trying to set Live Updates on the Arkansas/Auburn game, which is already started. I long press & get Follow Game, nothing else. Same if using the 3 dots while in the game

Maybe that game wasn’t available. I’ve done nhl nba and mlb with no issues on my 13 pro max

College football does not seem to have it yet.

Kind of hard to assist you if you don’t provide some detail on what game/match you were trying to view, what you did to view it and what happened. As you note from my other post above, not every game/match on Sports Alert can be used with Live Activities yet.
