You're lucky enough to have an HDTV. :p

I have an HDTV and I miss my CRT... at least it could properly view the content that I get over satellite... HDTV is awesome, the content is not quite there (even if it is over HDMI, 480p on a 42" screen sucks compared to analog stream on a 27" CRT).

And it costs a whole lot more to go full HD on satellite. Suck.

Well at least I can use the new AppleTV with Netflix :)

I do enjoy the overreactions by people thinking this one was disappearing.

Tell me about it. The iPod Touch capacities weren't not likely to change and the niche is still there. It's on the chopping block in the future, but there's no sense in killing it completely without a satisfactory replacement.

Still only the old ATV for sale here in Norway. Guess the new one isn´t of much use in the countries where you can´t rent from iTunes

I' happy with the updates, would of bought a updated ipod classic, but I still have my current one (which struggles to sync from time to time...) to keep me going.

The new iTunes is what I was looking forward to most though... and its free

:apple:

Yep, i agree with you. The new iTunes look awesome especially ping social network. ;)

When Steve began talking about how much Apple loved music, I thought he was about to introduce iTunes in the cloud. In the end, it was just Coldplay.

Watching event on iphone and AT&T keeps dumping me, cutting out video due to bandwidth limits, and sending me to some prerecording of when the audience is coming in.

I can't wait to get my new ipod.

Same things keep happending on my iPad over 3G

Awesome updates for the iPod line.

AppleTV could be so much more. Certainly won't be pulling the trigger on this iteration. Hopefully incorporating iOS into AppleTV is coming somewhere down the line along with the iDevice control schema. AppleTV with access to the App Store could see Apple eventually cut into living room gaming as well as TV & Movies.

He he he....:p

Good summary of the event!

Horrible, Horrible event. I hope you Assle Fanboys are happy with what you wanted.

****ing Nano is now going to die. Horrible small ass touchscreen. It's just a shuffle without buttons.

iPod Classic is a very upsetting thing. This is what brought Apple back to life.

iPod touch is the only bright spot in the event. Even so, the price points are not attractive.

Apple TV....no interest. BluRay wins and is still preferred.

iTunes? WTF? I want better performance not another socializing piece of ****. This is now iTwitterMusic.

Horrible Horrible Horrible. Steve Jobs even got mixed up with what is the nano and shuffle....

ATV now have A4 processor, so it can run IOS binaries - those with developer license will be able to hack and run some cool apps.

The Apple TV is basically a rental box, what's the point? I'll wait for the Boxee Box which does that and a gazillion things more. And the Boxee Box IS 1080p.

I agree this i a gimmick pay 100 dollars for a little box that lets you rent movies. What is this garbage.

What I know is important is the fact that WebKit is now HTML5 Parser algorithm complete and ready for SVG/MathML inside HTML5.

We should be seeing a new release of Safari in a short time frame.

again....

whether we like it or not...us hard core techies are in the buying minority. Apple is doing very well with the simplicity angle. Thik your parents.
