where do you see iTunes 10? the iTunes page still has the DL link as 9.2.1, including the name of the .dmg when you download it.
I have a WDTV-Live. And considering that 3 of their last FIVE system updates basically crippled original-shipping features and/or totally BRICKED their own devices, I doubt they can even figure out how to sigh.
Total freaking bunchaidiots running that tech team over there. I'm betting the iTV or whatever will fare far better than that mess.
How are you downloading it?

Airplay seems backwards
Why would I want to sync a movie to my iPhone/iPad, then use my iPhone/iPad to stream it to apple tv? Presumably if I'm streaming from my computer I can do that without the iPhone/iPad as a middle man. Seems like it'd be handier to go the other direction, which is to allow me to stream the library of movies from my computer to my iPhone/iPad.
I was also hoping airplay would offer the single function that keeps me from renting/buying through iTunes, which is to watch a movie on my imac while using air tunes to play the movies audio on my sound system. Guess ill have to stck with airfoil and VLC and bittorrents, hopefully apple integrates this capability into it's device someday though I'd definitely pay for the convenience of downloading and watching through iTunes if I could get it working with my sound system like VLC and airfoil do.

Yea I noticed, because I dumped iTunes for WMP on my new computer again. What is nice about iTunes though, is that it doesnt do the album artwork unless it already fits, so it will make it look cleaner.

New iPodTouch.... watch out Sony and Nitendo! Plus FaceTime... Love it!
New AppleTV.... I like it much better than the current model. I do agree that $4.99 is a bit much for first run rentals, but good convenience option.

In all, I love the interactivity and social parts they are working into the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch... it's really cool.

Games on AppleTV or at least the ability to link to your iPodTouch to play games on the TV.
iPod Nano... I'm not convinced this is a good overall design. I wish they would have kept a slightly bigger screen. But I'm sure they are hoping to encourage iPodTouch sales. I wouldn't buy a Nano over the Touch.

Don't forget that Netflix streaming to PS3 and Wii is totally retarded because it's not an application that lives on your PS3 or Wii... you have to manually insert the Netflix DVD into those machines and run the software. Completely retarded compared to the cool

i agree with you mostly
no interest in any of the ipods but the touch (bye bye classic...), but it's way too expensive.
itunes update, who cares. the new features (i.e. ping) are just giving me the ability to advertise for the music industry for free. they don't pay me, they pay apple, so why should i advertise their products for free on my twitter, facebook, etc.??
and apple tv is just another device that does less than everything i own can already do. my computer and ps3 are perfect for everything this can do and more. plus why would i want to rent shows like glee or house or anything like that when i can already watch it for free??? tv antenna anyone???
plus one day, maybe, apple will see the light and release something that speaks to the people, maybe something with blu ray. blu ray is pretty magical, on the other hand 720p and paying for media you don't get to keep is not so magical... someone should tell Steve (the turlenecked overlord as some have called him) about this...
