Jesus!!!!! In the U.K. The maxed out 15" Pro is OVER FOUR THOUSAND POUNDS!!!!!! And you can't add any memory to it, their is no option, what you get is it, period, they even charge you ninty quid for 2 more gig of video ram! It's like the iPhone and iPad storage pricing!
Absolutely crazy, the I think the iPad Pro is a MUCH better value product from Apple. I don't think I can ever buy another Apple computer though, they may as well just not make the back removable at all, just weld it shut.
I don't need it but that new Surface Studio is looking very cool...

99% of all issues on any device are USER error, unless you are using a Note 7 (sorry Samsung)...lol
But they do care about thinness! Everything needs to be so thin! THIN! THIN! And magical! Even if it means crippling the device.
Surprised they kept the headphone jack.
Like someone suggested, look at the Dell XPS15, but I'd also recommend the Razer Blade Pro

Not to me, this looks very comfortable. Much better than making the whole screen touchable.

Man so my two TB displays are rendered obsolete - unless there is some magical adapter for me to use that adapts to USB-C. So let me see...

Yup lets piss them off with updates every few years, and then when we FINALLY make those updates we'll Apple tax the hell out of them. That outta keep customers happy. I hate Windows. I have of designers who hate Windows. But how the hell can I justify spending this extra $$, plus adapters up the [pci slot], still Haswell it looks like, & slightly better graphics card. Also, anyone else see Applecare listed for this thing anywhere?
Yeah, this is the first time I'm pretty confident that Apple has completely lost direction. iTunes has done nothing but get worse, iPhones haven't impressed. I don't think their next phone will be all glass like the render getting passed around. The next generation is all about VR and AR and none of the equipment Apple is putting out is powerful enough to run real VR like the Vive or Oculus or even the PSVR. Their value is going to plummet in the coming years.
I swear to effing God that Ferengi is on the Microsoft payroll. Apple doesn't even make computers anymore. They have ABANDONED the market just like they did with Final Cut Not Pro eX. Microsoft is popping champagne bottles right this very second.

Today's event was a waste of time, one product received a minor upgrade to go with a glossed over spec bump. So much left unanswered while Twitter, Adobe, and some stupid DJ got trotted out to sell crap.

Kinda glad I bought the Air 13 for $799 at Best Buy in August... I figured there wouldn't be a refresh and it works for my needs. I thought about waiting for a new PRO also, but this is way overpriced!
