999 USD equals 1150 Euros ??????
**** you APPLE, I"m done with you!
**** you!
You can make animated poop emojis with your face, dude. Who won't pay $1000 for that?
Those are hardly gimmicky. Been waiting for a higher than 1080p iPhone display for years. And optical image stabilization, especially dual optical image stabilization, takes much better pictures. I take a lot of pictures so this is a big plus for me. Facial recognition is a huge plus for a variety of reasons ... such as trying to unlock my phone when my hands are wet or my fingers are a bit oily, like if I'm eating food or something. Honestly, just because you don't see the benefits doesn't mean other people don't, lol.It has stuff the other iPhones don’t have. But those are gimmicky features that you should avoid purely because it’s a version 1 product. The internals are basically identical.
Man! I hope you're being sarcastic. IMHV, Apple needs to make up their mind on who their target audience will be ...
A. People who can pay upwards of $1,000 for a phone
B. Those who would like to communicate via animated poop![]()

The fact that you can't name them proves my point.Everything?

Looks like they released it accidently in Australia : Tim Cook appleAnyone else getting ios11 now cause I am.
If Face ID is fast, I'll be really excited. I'm kind of sick of pressing the thumb print multiple times in order for the phone to maybe recognize me- Especially when my finger is wet.
Stuff it, Im still paying that price. It sucks but what can we do about it.Sounds about right. Rip off. Now tell me Apple doesn’t hike prices up in Australia. That $1829aud is $1466usd

I see no safe way to unlock the iPhone X while driving. That's an epic fail for me and makes this phone simply overpriced at $1000 without any Touch ID.
I realize the fascinating gimmick factor to the iPhone X, but why pay more for a phone that's display will not last as long and has less features and practical functionality in real life situations I'd be likely to use the phone?

I don't know, but I'm glad its not macroscopic water resistance.
Yup. I was thinking about that as well during the presentation. I use the Touch ID frequently while driving. I doubt I'll be comfortable with Face ID in similar circumstances.
Well played Samsung, you got them to copy the S8, loosing thier best feature that made the phone so useable , touchid and home button.
You're paying £48 ($63) more than the US. As far as what you're getting with that increased cost, nothing obviously, it's the same product.
Oh wow, so bit of a wait for the iphone x bummer. Oh, well, something to look forward too. thanks![]()
