FirePro D300, AMD don't even know what it is

So, trying to find out the specs on the new Mac Pro FireGL D300 is proving difficult.

AMD website has ZERO results from its search for FirePro D300.

So what is it? How many shader units on a single card etc

Cheers

1.4a does support 4k in FPS less than 30. If someone want's higher fps than they need HDMI 2.0. My Sony 4K TV will be getting a software update that ups the spec to 2.0. Not sure if ti's possible with a Pro or not.

I thought the Sony came with 2.0? Perhaps the hardware is there but as you said, the software wasn't fully developed? Hmm will be interesting to see where this goes then because with that much power your going to want more then 30fps surely?

Dang I was really hoping for touch id. But there must be some other reason they're calling it iPad Air.

It is a pro computer. You buy it because it makes you money when you use it. If it doesn't make you money, you aren't a pro and the computer was not built for you. Lots of folks will buy this and they will improve their work flow and the computer will pay for itself in a year. For some folks it will pay for itself in a month.

It isn't for surfing the web and playing video games at home.

Exactly. Professionals spend money to have professional grade tools to support their business, whether it's a set of socket wrenches or a computer.

Someone mentioned a HackInt0sh. I'd never risk anything business related on a machine without proper support, that could break from an update - that's just silly. It's fine for a hobby computer.

I think it may be the 850 models that were just released. Mine is the x900a which is going to be done by software the huge 84 inch I believe is going to be a hardware switch.
