Hey, I have been searching all over the internet for the last 2 hours for where to change where it says the date on my calendar lockscreen!

That is the bit I'd like to change to white text.

As you can see I have done it for the weather, where it says my hometown, the temperature and forecast. But I cannot find the same bit for the calendar?

Also, how can I remove the finish time for events on the calendar? Example is the football match in the calendar, I only want the start time of 15:00 to show, and want to remove the finish time 17:00 for all entries.

Fixed it!!! While I was debugging I had put in an if(false) statement. Changed it to if(dayLimit) Should work now:

Hmm... In my testing it may not be working still... The SQL statement seems correct though. If it doesn't work still I'll have to take a look later tonight or this weekend. My real job awaits.

Yes. Just install LockInfo and the Native Todo or Native Things plugins. The Todo plugin I posted here and the Things plugin is over at Macthemes.

I think you still need to install the WeatherIcon app too.

ViViDboarder is right. You need the most current weathericon and weathericon plug-in for it to work properly. Cydia has a section called LockInfo Addons and if you go to weathericon plug-in and click install it'll download the most current weathericon too.

I just wanted to say the weather updates on its own with the most current releases of weathericon plugin and weathericon. Now when I turn on the lockscreen and wait a few seconds it updates the temperature. Before I was having to turn it off and back on again.

I'm not sure what's different but I like it! And thank you David Ashman for including icons for the weather.

You just have to change your scale in your plist. Link above has what you need to do.

Vivid: I can't seem to find that plist to add the line for scaling. What folder will I find that in? I'm running native lockinfo with the weather plug in.

Did you copy all of your icons to your springboard.app? I couldn't find the directory either, until I realized that the file was in:

/System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app/

Thanks. Still can't find it though. I'm hoping David will update the plug-in at some point fit on the lockscreen better.

Update: I finally downloaded iFile and searched for "weathericon.plist" Found the file and added the code to change the image scale. All is good! I did get a response from David and he will be updating this in a future version. I actually like the icons at .75 scale vs the .65 that has been suggested.

How have I lasted this long without iFile? It's awesome!

Once I installed Weathericon, the usual icon for the weather disappeared and was replaced with a transparent icon that has the temperature and weather conditions symbol. It looks really out of place. I tried changing things in the setting, but the icon has not been corrected. I'm sure there is a simple solution to this. Any help would be appreciated.

You'll have to edit the HTML file and change the font color that way. I'm not sure exactly how it's built though. Most people are using the Native Rendering mode now.

That's the WeatherIcon. Settings > Show Image [OFF] should fix your issue. When you turn the image on it replaces the icon for Weather with Live Weather. This'll be the same weather that you see on your LockInfo screen too.

I've been testing the plug-in today and so far all my alerts have shown up on my LockInfo screen: ESPN Score Center, FlightTrack, Sportacular, Sports Tap, CNN.

I'd be curious to know if you were able to figure out the update issue with the weather (current, not 7 day).

I have a theme based off this myself but I can't figure this out. It keeps refreshing and putting the new weather on top of the old one instead of in place of it.

What apps aren't working? The dev has said that it works only on some apps and that notifications of different apps are all registered differently by the iPhone.

It's an issue with your theme. I'm assuming it's an HTML theme.

The theme name would help.

With the WeatherIcon set to Off? It should just be your normal weather icon then... Maybe I'm not sure what you're describing. Can you take a screenshot?

Thanks for the reply. By HTML file, do you mean the config.js? That's the file I have been editing, and manged to change the Weather header colour. I've tested every other thing in the file by making the font colour bright green so I can see what's changed. Everything else changes, i.e. the calendar item font colour, but not the date like I circled in the photo! It's driving me crazy.

Thanks for all your help, but I have another weather problem....

The correct temp and icon is shown on my home screen. However, on my lockinfo screen's weather section header, it always displays the moon, regardless of the time of day. For example, in the screenshot, it is 11:46 AM.

-I reinstalled Lockinfo and the Weather plugins from Cydia. No dice.

-The weirdest part: when I respring and check the lockscreen, the correct weather section icon displays for about ten seconds, then reverts back to showing the moon.
