Vivid- I don't have a macthemes account, so I can't respond over there. But I downloaded the updated ToDo plugin you posted over there and it's working perfectly with the new settings :D I also tried the person's who posted the ToDo Native plugin, and it too is working flawlessly, in case he's wondering :)

Did you read any of this thread? Or the material inside the app settings? Or the info on the page you downloaded Lockinfo from?

And weathericon is correct.

Are you having a bad day? Do you always respond in such a rude manner? I read through the thread and there is a lot of information. Some people are new to this application and don't know everything about it.
Thank you for your reply.

Did you mean the Things plugin? I think I have the only ToDo one on there. I just tried to compile the 2Do one and try it out, but it didn't work the first time... A little hard for me to fix it until I get home. I was impatient so by using Dropbox, SSH from MobileTerminal, cURL and stuff I managed to compile a .deb and get it to my phone... Entirely from my phone, haha. Didn't work, but I'll see if I can debug it later today. I'm having a little issue with the way the stored dates in 2Do. They aren't stored in SQL datetime formats so I'll have to do the math for them in the Objective C instead. Also, I'm following what Jakewalk (he created the original Appigo Todo plugin, non native) did when he ported this native todo to Things.

Meaning...

I'll release 2Do as a new Plugin rather than building it in the Appigo one. I built them both together but it was clunky and harder to debug (not to mention wouldn't compile).

I'm excited to get this 2Do one finished then I think we'll be good to go with Todo Lists (Todo, Things, and 2Do) and I can move on to building the RSS plugin I have wanted to do. :D I think I'm going to just try and get it to pull from Google Reader so it only handles one feed and then you can manage it from any browser once it's set up.

ViViDboarder,

I'm using your ToDo plugin from Cydia, do I need to uninstall it first before I install the .deb file?

Could I trouble someone for a step by step guide for installing this .deb file. I've never installed a .deb file before and it's a little daunting for a first timer.

Thanks in advance... :apple:

No need to uninstall the Cydia version. :D iFile is probably the easiest way to install the .deb. If you copy the .deb to any directory on the phone you can browse there with iFile and just touch and install it.

You can even put it on the iPhone with iFile. You just browse to the folder you want to drop the .deb in iFile and hit the Wifi looking button on the bottom. Then it will tell you the IP of your phone and port 8080. Just browse there with your desktop on the same wifi network and you can upload the .deb.

Other options would be to use sftp to copy the file over and from the command line run "dpkg -i Todo*.deb" to install it.

Anyone experiencing inconsistent scrolling performance? When I have lots of emails/calendar events, the information extends below the viewable area, which requires me to scroll to view the hidden items. Sometimes LockInfo will scroll down without a problem, while other times it'll behave like a rubber band and spring right back to the top, showing only the original view and not giving me the info at the bottom.

What gives???

I have Scrolling Enabled in the settings. I've also tried enabling Extend to Bottom, but this doesn't help.

It's been a consistent bug with HTML themes. It's not an issue with Native rendering.

upgraded the weathericon last night through cydia and now the weather panel on lockinfo is gone. Tried reinstalling them and couldn't get the plugin to show up.... anyone else having problems???

Gone for me as well. I also don't see LockScreen Info up on the ModMyi repo, so perhaps David has taken it down to fix this issue. He is generally very quick to fix issues.

ViViDboarder,

I used iFile to install the .deb of the ToDo plugin as you suggested and it couldn't have been easier! Thanks!

I do have a problem though. I went into the ToDo plugin setup and set the Max Tasks Shown to "5", Limit Max Days to "ON" (I tried it set to "OFF" also) and set the Max Days Shown to "2 Weeks". My understanding is that with these settings I shouldn't see any future tasks until "2 Weeks" before it comes due.

I then created a task due on May 1st, 2010 to repeat Semianually.

I then did a re-spring just in case it made a difference and checked my LockInfo screen.

As you can see my new task (Recharge Water Softener) shows up and it isn't due until May 1st, 2010.

I've tried "Limit Max Days" both ON and OFF as well as changing "Max Days Shown". What am I missing? Any suggestions?

Thanks again for your help...

After the update on Cydia yesterday, my icons are too big for the weather section. Any way I can fix this?

Yea... Haha. I just found that. My bad. Lucky for you I already fixed it. Also... CUPRA REJOICE! 2Do is here :D

Bugfix on my latest release of Appigo Todo. I realized changing Max Days ahead did nothing. It was stuck at 7 Days if it was enabled. New .deb here: Check more recent posts

And here is my first release of the 2Do plugin. Let me know if there are any other features you'd like to see. Right now there it's a little weird to get the default colors for Calendars... but if you chose a custom color it comes up just fine. So just do that. :D Download the .deb here: Check more recent posts

Let me know if anyone has any other ideas.

Oh also... They don't play well together. Sorry if you use them both at once. If it's really an issue for people I'll try to fix it.

ViViDboarder,

Still a no-go. Nothing changed for me. It is still showing my task that is six (6) months away. I'll keep trying and checking back here.

Thanks...

Hey guys

Still can't get the weather to show up on my lockscreen. Some help, please? I tried downloading the weathericon (native) plugin from the settings screen, but that doesn't work. Any ideas?
