Last weeks previews showed Locke too (running through the jungle and getting tackled by someone), but it never showed on this weeks episode.

Lot's of misdirection lately...

Argh!

What is wrong with Locke??? Now who wants to be part of a club that wants you to kill your father to join??? I mean, come on!

OK, so Locke's father is about the worst father ever, but that's a separate issue.

And really, whether you use a gun or use a Sawyer, if you cause someone to die, then that's killing them. Well, I guess Locke's got what's coming to him.

When do you think Michael and Walt are coming back?

Finish it!

Stand back! I've got a Sawyer and I'm not afraid to use him!:D

Not this season. Negotiations have broken down with the actor who plays Michael. Last I heard he got the green light for a pilot next fall on CBS. Maybe they can replace him with the guy he replaced in the Matrix sequals.

Locke's on his own journey. I truely believe he doesn't give a crap about the Others.
A better question is what's next for Sawyer? Vengeance isn't very satisfying. He still pretty much hates himself for what he had to become to get to this moment.
I bet that bit with Russo and the dynamite isn't a throw away scene. It'll come back.

if they don't tell me where him and walt are i'm going to kill! just give me a hint! i need to know! one of many things that drives me nuts about this show. god do i love it!

oh and yeah jack is getting on my nerves too!

Ack, they've got to work something out. About once an episode I wonder what's up with those two.

Well it's been a few months since I last heard about it. Wait... here... as of Monday 4/30...
What's next for you, career-wise?

I don't know. I may go back to do “Lost,” or start a new show on CBS called “Demons.” It's all still up in the air, depending if “Demons” is picked up or not.

So are they dead?
No. That was a ;) to the audience. But there is something going on, and this episode was less disappointing than I thought it would be. Didn't really answer a lot of questions, just re-raised already asked ones, and some new ones, but not as frustrating as it used to be. Guessing Jack knows more than he's letting on, and maybe Juliet is double double crossing.

Looks like they might actually answer more questions next week too, but we've all though that before, so I'm trying not to get my hopes up.

What an unusual episode! They jumped right back into the series 2 style Cryptic answers, have series 1's suspence and a very series 3 Locke!

Was it announced by the writers that time passes differently on the island? The way the British helicopter woman said "she never saw" Desmonds girlfriend (name escapes me) made me think that maybe she's dead.

Could the island be Atlantis? I think that has been asked before...

Ah, you Brits and your series'.

Nay, she's just really rich. Not everyone who works for a big company has met their boss.

Although slightly predictable, I thought last night's episode was one of the best in a while. The whole bit with Juliette saying "We should tell her" has my head spinning....what does Jack know that no one else does?!

As for this:
When do you think Michael and Walt are coming back?

I'll be honest, I hope they don't come back, at least not Michael. His character made me absolutely crazy. Everytime he showed up on screen he did something stupid while he yelled out "WALT!" or "MY BOY!"

However, I do think they made entirely too huge a deal out of Walt to just drop his character on the floor....

So are they dead?

They're definitely not dead. As one of the poster's above me said, this is a big nod to all the people who early on were running around saying the Island was Purgatory/Heaven/Hell, that's all.

Edit: ...sorry for the post-stacking.

Well Juliette knows Kate has feelings for Jack. I'm guessing Jack and Juliette got it on in the others camp. Why else would he have such a big smile on his face while playing footy!

Well, technically he was tackled by Sawyer, even though he wasn't running.

So are they dead?
No. Although the fact that everyone is saying they found the plane with all the passengers on it makes me wonder how they'll explain everything. Alternative timelines?

Planted "evidence," lets face it The Hanzo Corp, or whatever faceless organization is controlling the others would likely have the ability to pull off such a feat. I mean, come on, to "Find" a plane in the ocean? That's nearly impossible.

Planted "evidence,"
Ah, good point. Makes sense to me - Ben puts out the word that it crashed, Hanzo or whomever "finds" the plane. Easily done.

As for Locke's father, he was simply "taken out" by the group. The "paramedic" obviously drugged him then apparently transported him to the island before the sub blew up.

Was it announced by the writers that time passes differently on the island?
I don't think it was, really I think the writers do try to keep the continuity tight on the program, but as this series will be going on to it's 3rd year and technically only 90-some-odd days have past since the crash. So it's really the audience having trouble remembering that to them (the Losties), it's still 2005.

If I was Locke I would have said: "Good, bad, I'm the guy with the Sawyer."
A better question is what's next for Sawyer? Vengeance isn't very satisfying. He still pretty much hates himself for what he had to become to get to this moment.
Yes but sleeping with Kate would help him for sure... ;)

Did you notice she took the whole friggin crate! They better come back to that, they had a whole episode devoted to getting just a few sticks, and one guy died as a result! I guess whatever she's doing the whole island will hear the explosion.

Did anyone here see Real Genius? That scene kind of reminded me the first time Lazlo popped out of the closet. Mitch was like "Uh Hey..."

How would you react if some weird dude popped out of your dorm room closet? LOL

Pretty much an awkward bizarre moment... Russo more or less ignored the banging and took the dynamite. Locke was nonchalant about the whole situation. Hey, be careful, don't hurt yourself... One of the better moments last night.
