Where the heck is the new episode at iTMS?

It is available already (as of about 15 hours ago), but I had to hit "check for purchases" for it to start downloading (I bought the season pass). Still haven't received my usual notification email from the store though... quite odd.

Whoa. I just read all that and I'm left very impressed. Particularly the Cerberus side of things.

DESmond and DEStiny. I think that's just a little too convenient though. Unless he wasn't born Desmond...

With the 69 Lost episodes already shown, 2 left to be shown this season, and the 16 new episodes for each of the next three seasons, that gives Lost a final total of 119 episodes.

Don't you think it should be 108? Shame on them!

Nah, they already pay homage to 108 by running that many ads per episode.

LOL - it's funny because it's true. As much as I love the show, I'm glad they've come up with a finite timeline for ending it. I'm just ready for some answers :)

....gotta get read for tonight's ep now, though.

i'm goign to have to start drink during the show. it's to much to handle.
I know! LOL. I was weeping like a kindergartener before Charlie dived into the sea, and I don't even *like* Charlie. But yeah, the show keeps working for me, even if it does drive me to drink too. ;)

as soon as he told aron that he loved him i lost it! see i'm a lord of the rings fan so i adore domanic! yes i am a super geek girl! the shot of the shoe in the water broke my heart. so 2 hours of this crap next week! drinking has to happen! so help me god they kill charlie i'm done! oh and no news on locke this week! what is up with that?

Fellow Mancs! Okay, the girl has a loose Manchester accent. But Charlie? Give me a break  it's funny when US shows try to do British things and just drop the ball completely. Like when Brad Pitt cycles through all Irelands major accents in Snatch.

Still! What a great episode. But they just had to throw that ending in there, didn't they? I thought it was ironic seeing Dominic write "Ring" on the letter. Fantastic. Can't fault it. Glad to see Jack isn't working for the Others after all and that Juliet seems to be on their side too. Unless she sabotaged the bombs and told the Others where they were going in some kind of secret message kind of way.

Totally off topic, but it turns out the boiler right under my bedroom is spewing out Carbon Monoxide. Cheerio!

LOL - My wife was a BUCKET of tears almost throughout the episode....and thankfully, I was drinking during the episode :)

It was a good episode, especially the twist at the end. I gotta say, for some reason, I was taking LOST at face-value this time...I should really know better. As for Juliet, who knows? It's too hard to tell what side she's playing at this point. I can't decide if I think she knew the Looking Glass station was still operational or not....

So am I the only loser who thought (up until close to the end) that last night's episode was going to be the season finale?

Oh, and I still don't trust Juliet. Mark my words, she's Trouble -- with a capital "T" and that rhymes with "P" and that stands for Pool.

Fortunately we aren't in river city. It sounds like a bunch of people are going to be rescued in a helicopter. Claire and Aaron, maybe Jack and Juliet.

Hmm anyone busted for DUI recently?

It sounds like a bunch of people are going to be rescued in a helicopter...
Surely not yet, though? I guess I was assuming that that part of Desmond's vision was further in the future -- say, about two seasons further -- when we finally have a Gilligan's Island kind of rescue finale.

Is that the Looking Glass Station run by women from the Others camp or are they a new group added to the mix? Possibly a few who survived the Others/Hostiles gas attack.

Oh, and I like the part where the crashed chopper lady mentioned D.S.'s greatest hits album. A greatist hits of only one song... Hahaha :)

Did Charlie really think it was going to be a cakewalk?

Looking glass is MUCH bigger than it looked from the outside!

Cool ending! Charlie doesn't look like he deals with confrontation too well.

I was actually impressed by last nights episode. I thought it would be lame. The ending was typical Lost though.

Few afterthoughts-

What if the underwater station is some kind of hideout from women who were brought to the island, expecting to be impregnated they heard about their fate and fled somewhere previously abandoned?
I think Juliet is okay for now. After all, she only wants to get off the island. She'd want that signal blocker turned off ASAP.

I think it's also worth mentioning that the underwater people must have some sort of contact with the outside world. What would they eat and drink? Why didn't they just cut the power cable running to the base rather than turning it off manually?

When Desmond was telling Charlie about the helicopter, it almost sounded like he was about to say "the helicopter took off, but it crashed".
