Lost - The answers was on tonight. Nothing really surprising other than Locke is purposely sabotaging any effort to get off the island. The sub, the communications station, lets see what else happens if he doesn't croak first.

Fellow Mancs! Okay, the girl has a loose Manchester accent. But Charlie? Give me a breakit's funny when US shows try to do British things and just drop the ball completely. Like when Brad Pitt cycles through all Irelands major accents in Snatch.
It's funny you should mention that because according to imdb.com Dominic's hometown has been Manchester since the age of twelve so you'd think his accent would sound authentic. Coincidentally I just watched Snatch the same evening as this episode and I found Brad's character to be quite funny but then the accents all basically sound the same to me.
Good episode although I'm really hoping that Charlie lives otherwise it'll make Hurley sad.
One thing I was a little confused about is why did Charlie knock Desmod unconscious? I really couldn't see him stopping Charlie from fulfilling his vision to rescue Claire and Aaron. Looks like Rose and Bernard are back as well.
They could recast the baby every episode and only about 3 people would notice...I've heard they've taken the aging into consideration and are in negotiations with Vern Troyer to play Aaron next season.
Oh, and I like the part where the crashed chopper lady mentioned D.S.'s greatest hits album. A greatist hits of only one song... Hahaha

Didn't one of those woman look quite a lot like the "others" woman who Sun shot on Desmond's boat? Probably nothing like her at all, but that's what first struck me.

I bet Charlie will live till the end of the show. As a matter of fact I bet he's the only survivor that gets off the island. His music career will sky rocket when he releases a concept album about his experience on the island. The first single will be a slower piano version of "You all everybody" as a tribute to his fellow crash survivors who are no longer with us. It's Charlie's "Candle in the Wind".
Don't forget that we the viewers never saw any of Desmond's future vision about Charlie and the helicopter. So, I am going to take what he said with a slice of chocolate cake.
ok people i read the lostfan108 thing about the next show. all i'm saying is that holy crap and it will be the last one i will be watching.
If it were true, it would be kinda lame. However, there's sufficient evidence that lostfan108's "exclusive spoilers" are just a hoax. So I wouldn't worry about it.
I would hope they're just a hoax. With only 48 episodes left after the finale, I would think they might start toning down unveiling new mysteries and start slowly answering the 1,000 they already have....and answers are never a bad thing

oh no it's going to be insane! if u have read my other post u might get why it's going to be bad for "ME". the show over all....... i can't believe it! if your a real LOST fan all i have to say is WOW!
They've said on AICN that the twist(s?) in the season finale are "game changing" and that it completely changes the outlook of the show.
I'm trying to steer well clear of any spoilers so that's as close as I'll get to finding out before I watch it!

Um, I'm a Lost fan and what Lostfan108 is saying (in white) absolutely and completely spoils what the show is about. The flashbacks serve the purpose of telling us who they are and what they have done to get to the island. They won't break that formula and showing what happens after the island only gives away who the survivors will be therefore losing all tension and thriller substance. It just won't happen.
It is merely a fan giving us an account of what he/she wants.
That said. If it does happen then I will no longer watch the show.

eh we just have to wait and see if lostfan108 is right huh? no need to get all crazy about it.
lostfan108 was dead on last week, I bet he/she is right for the final too, the end which I think would be great, much much better then last year.
I think the premier of season 2 was the best 3 minutes of TV I've ever watched (building off season 1) , and will keep me watching to the end, (either live or on DVD)
More spoiler details being given out this weekend, I think I'll avoid them, as Lost is the only TV I watch, outside of MLB games.
