Hmm I feel like I've only scratched the surface of Kate.
I think that was your own personal dream sequence. ;)

Actually, there are several characters that I'd like to know more about. Even the ones we think we "know" may have many more interesting points (as in Hurley's stint in the mental ward).

Kate and Sawyer both seem fairly well fleshed out. Jack as well. Sun and Jin are also fairly well explained.

I still think that there is a bit more to come on Jack too. Have his tattoos been explained yet - if not then I'm guessing they'll have some deeper significance.

My head hurts after watching that episode of lost.

Just please, answer a couple of the old questions!

Who are the others.
What is the real purpose of the hatch.
What is the Dharma initiative, or better yet,
What is the Hanso Foundation.
What happens if one does not enter the numbers.
Where is Desmond.
Why did the plane go down, or how.
What is it about Locke that allows him to know more.
What is so special about Walt.
What is the significance of the numbers.
Where (or when) is the island.
What really happened to Rousseau and her crew.
Why did the hatch say "QUARANTINE".
Did Rousseau's crew really get 'sick'?
Where did Ethan come from?
Why was he so unbelieveably strong?
What does he want with Claire's baby?
What did the psychic see in Claire's future?
Where did the Polar bears come from?
What is the "defense system"?
Is it associated with the hatch?
What made Locke regain the use of his legs?
WHAT IS THE MEANING OF ALL THIS?????

(P.S. please feel free to add your own questions on.. lets see how many unanswered mysteries there are.)
Here are all my questions i was able to come up with a while back. As far as I can tell, only two or three questions have been merely partially answered. Those would be:
The Others: Dharma-involved. What are they doing? We have no idea.
Ethan: Dharma-involved, but we still don't know his whole story.
The Numbers: If they're not entered, it appears the hatch makes some funky noises, the heiroglyphics appear, and sometimes blacklights turn on.

That's about it. Yet I continue to watch...

I wonder if the broadband streams, which they say you can pause, will be good for doing frame grabs like the kind we see posted in this thread.

That's better

Hope this silences critics complaining about the young beatiful people dominating the story. Was wondering if anyone would remember Lock was in a wheelchair. More freaked out mystics that know more than they're saying? Michael...needs a shave.

I really like Lost, but I decided to stop watching it and just wait for the DVD set to come out in the summer so my girlfriend and I can watch it together at our leisure. It's a great show!

So was Michael handed over by the others? Or did he just happen to stumble upon them in the middle of the jungle..

I think he's been converted. He knows that it is either not an island or it connected to the mainland via a series of tunnels and they sent him back to convince the crash survivors that the Others are not well armed and that the survivors should attack. This way when the Others surround the Survivors with superior numbers/firepower they can collect all of the guns, not just a few at a time.

I don't know about converted... but maybe more like persuaded? Maybe they told him, "Bring the survivors to us, and we'll reunite you with Walt."

My PVR burped last night and I didn't get Lost recorded! So..

*sticks his paws in his ears*

LA LA LA LA LA LA LA I'm not listening!!! LA LA LA LA LA LA

Guess I'll get it from iTunes when I get home unless ABC has their free online thingie working yet.

Was Michael running through the forest and stumbled upon Jack and Kate, or was he tossed at them?

Exactly how did he appear? I guess I'm a little confused.

It's all to suspicious, or at least looks that way. It certainly looks like he was released/sent out there by the others after being in captivity. For what purpose who knows?

But didn't Desmond say that to Jack before they were on the island? I don't remember it when he ran off from the hatch. Not to say it didn't happen, of course. Anyone have season one to confirm?

He said it when they met up in the stadium while jogging, during one of Jack's flashbacks.
