This is for the change, in the U.S., that results from the Energy Policy Act of 2005, which changes the start of Daylight Saving Time from the first Sunday of April to the second Sunday of March and the end of Daylight Saving Time from the last Sunday of October to the first Sunday of November, starting in 2007.Updated the rules for time zones and Daylight Savings Time to conform to changes in the law for the United States, Australia, and other locations, for 2006 and later.
